Jolie petite maison ancienne entièrement rénovée située dans le bourg d'Argenton, à 3 minutes à pied du port et 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Jardin entièrement clos orienté plein sud, dans une impasse avec peu de passage. L'entrée dans la maison se fait par une petite véranda qui donne sur une grande pièce ouverte et lumineuse avec salon et cuisine toute équipée. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres, une salle d'eau et des WC séparés. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Large house of 140m2, with beautiful sea view 4 bedrooms including 2 with a bathroom. 3 bedrooms with a double bed (one on the ground floor) and a bedroom with two singles. Large 2100m2 enclosed lot with a swing. There's a BBQ and a large garden teak table. Our 4-legged friends accepted at NO cost. 3 parking spots. We have a high chair and an umbrella bed for the kids.
