Holiday rentals with a kayak in Brevard County

Andrey’s home was warm and welcoming. Very clean and had everything inside the house we needed. Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for a family, lots of fun things to do.

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

We all had a wonderful stay! Loved the private backyard with pool that was warm enough to be usable most days. The dock was great, we used the kayaks frequently, and often saw dolphin or manatee from the dock. The home was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive, though only thing we needed was a refill on the propane for the grill. There are usable bikes and a beach cart with umbrella and chairs which was great. Beach was a half mile walk away with restaurants right there so perfect location. We would return!!

We had a wonderful time at Ariel’s place. The house and property are beautiful. We visited during the cold snap that hit across the country. The days were rainy and cold which was a bummer but the house made it better! The views are wonderful. We loved watching the manatees, dolphins and birds. The hot tub was a real treat. The beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need for a great vacation! Thank you Ariel! We will be back!

We had a nice stay. Worked well for all of us. The home is well furnished and stocked with all the supplies we were looking for. Very nice.

Nice 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Kitchen was large with almost everything a person could need in a week long stay. The dining room fit all 7 adults at one time. The screened in deck w/pool was wonderful. Hot tub was a bit challenging to regulate the temperature. Loved, loved the canal space and dock. We had coffee on the dock each morning and fished every morning as well. We even ended up with a meal of brown trout. Daughter paddled the canal in the paddle-board and saw dolphins and a manatee. Son took the grandkids down the water in the paddle boat. Theresa has all of the beach essentials supplied, chairs, towels, and kids sand castle making toys. Even a beach trolley to assist with carrying to the beach. This was a wonderful place to stay and would go back again.

Monica and John were very accommodating with our needs and questions! The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We loved the location, being a 5 min walk to the beach. The neighborhood was very safe and in good shape. Would love to stay here again!

Went for the week with two other couples and it was perfect! Clean and spacious bedrooms, big living room, great outdoor space. This is a great home for any age! Lots of toys to entertain kids, but also things to entertain adults! We loved the pool and ping-pong table!

Beautiful home, I love that it is right on the water ♥️ My husband caught more fish on the dock that we did the whole time in the ocean. Very clean, and had more than everything we needed.

Me and my friends came out here for vacation and we loved every minute of of it the sunset the sunrise the beach we had the best week

This place is very nice on the inside. A lot nicer and relaxing than a hotel room. Only issue I personally had was the trains tracked behind the house and trains going through at night. My boyfriend was born and raised in Grant off US 1, so he’s used to the trains and slept through them. Haha. All in all this was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Having never been to Merritt Island i did not know what to expect - after staying in this cottage I would definitely go back. The cottage has such a nice feel I wish we could have stayed longer. It is quiet, well decorated and clean. The space provides a separate work area and cozy lighting. The yard is a sanctuary. And the pier is the best place to watch the sunset.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful rooms, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. Katharyn answered my questions VERY quickly before our stay and had a handy notebook with everything we needed to know. Can't say enough good things about the cottage and surroundings. Comfy beds. Uncluttered rooms painted in soothing pastel colors. Just a mile to downtown. Kayaks were very fun. Watched lots of dolphins and sea birds from the dock. We would love to come back next winter!

The place was really comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. Loved the proximity to the beach and places to eat. The place had everything you need, and a nice area outside to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Jacki was really responsive. The place is really clean, plenty of towels. We didn't cook on this trip, but if we did, Jacki has everything you may need.

Dean and Holly were great hosts. My boyfriend and I planned a trip to the space center and the pineapple cottage was a great location to stay. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Wonderful! We had a great three weeks. We walked to restaurants and the beach. We used Jackie’s kayaks to travel the canals and her bikes to explore the neighborhoods. But best of all Jackie’s place was more than we expected. She takes excellent care of the house and her guests. You truly can move in with nothing but your suitcase. EVERYTHING you need for the home, the beach and the fishing pier is provided. I thought the outside furniture would be shared but it is not. You have the entire back patio furnished with several sitting/eating areas all to yourself. The neighborhood is quiet but you are just two blocks from A1A. Jackie is an excellent host and takes special care of her guests. We highly recommend Jackie’s place.
