Laguna was very responsive when booking her place, answering all questions quickly before we made our final decision. She was also flexible with our checkout which we appreciate. The apartment was as described and matched the pictures. We also appreciated the beach supplies.

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

Marissa was such a great host! I booked my little stay last minute and she was super responsive from the time I booked! Always communicated and answered all my questions! She’s amazing! But my god, her home!!! Being born out the country I loved all the antique furniture. Everything was super clean. Great space. Just very beautiful! But the outside really takes the cake! The home is so open even from the inside with all the windows! Such an amazing view! Location, location, LOCATION! Right across the street from the beach , on ocean drive! What more can you ask For? I came down for my birthday and it was such a nice little getaway ! There’s no question that I will be back! If you’re hesitating booking, DONT! Loved it so much! Thanks again Marissa 🫶🏼🩷🩷🩷

We had a beautiful stay at Miriam's place. We were a group of eight, and we each felt we had plenty of room for both time together and our own space. The property is just beautiful, we enjoyed nights of grilling my the pool and watching the sunset. We also loved the beach and pool toys that were available for use. The furniture is very tasteful, and Miriam was very communicative during our stay. We had a wonderful time!

Jeff was proactive in reaching out. I had forgot to reserve a parking spot and he called me and got one for us before it was gone. He checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. His housekeeper Carmen was also checking on us. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach, the Broadwalk, restaurants and fun activities. I rate Jeff’s place 5 star and above!!!! We will definitely return.

Beautiful place. Loved the rooftop hot tub and lounge chairs! Wish there were more available privacy screens for hot tub area. Location was well placed , in the middle of it all. I recommend!

Alex and Sofi’s Airbnb was a perfect room getaway for our trip to Miami Beach! It’s right in the heart of South Beach and truly a 3 minute walk to the shore. Our hosts were very responsive and took care of our issues promptly. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a room close to the beach!

This house was so beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 7! The common areas are very spacious for everyone to hangout comfortably including inside and outside. We also loved the pool. Less than 10 minute walk to the Hollywood boardwalk which has endless things to do and see at all hours of the day! The host was very responsive to any needs as well prior to our arrival. The house is located in the zone for local transportation (circuit) so it’s easy and cheap to get a ride to the beach or any restaurants if walking is not a convenient option. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Dave was a great host! Very accommodating and responsive. Took great care of us during our stay. Cute apartment close to all the restaurants and the beach. The mattress was super comfortable.

All things considered, This condo was perfect for our needs. We just wanted to be near south beach and it got us there. The cost was reasonable. We are happy with our experience. The people that work at the building are all very nice.

Suzi's place was all that was advertised and more. It was nice to be able to use the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Location is convenient to many South Miami Beach restaurants. Suzi gave great additional info that helped our trip.

We had an amazing time at Clare’s place! The location is perfect, close to the beach and easy walking distance to everything South Beach has to offer, but also just far enough away from it all so it’s quiet and peaceful. Clare reached out to us proactively before we arrived to make sure we had all the information we needed, she responded anytime we needed something or had a question, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a great vacation. The host was really helpfull. Everything was easy. The place was amazing.

Enjoyed an incredible vacation at Geeta’s! The condo is huge, the view is unobstructed ocean with morning sun and afternoon shade. The pool is enormous and so warm it’s very comfortable to swim in. Literally steps off the beach. The tiki bar downstairs has great, fun beverages and friendly staff. The building itself seems to attract a lot of families, young couples and solo travelers (all very pleasant to meet, no parties or loud music to disturb). 3 adults had more than enough space to be comfortable. There’s great restaurants within 1 mile walking along Collins Ave or the beach walk. Geeta was SO helpful, responsive, her place is very well equipped and comfortable. It is expensive but in my opinion it was a priceless stay! 4 days felt like 2 weeks (in a good way!) can’t wait to book again, thank you geeta :)

Our room was super spacious and inviting! The bathroom was really clean, though the bath mat could use a little updating. We had a blast using the beach chairs and hanging out by the pool. I’d definitely recommend it!

Great stay! Beautiful apartment. Everything was like the pictures except the bathrooms which have been updated to be even better than the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Has plenty of towels and linens and beach towels. Has beach chairs. Right across the street from the beach. Great view. Very convenient parking spot. Great and quick communication. Very clean. Will stay here again!

Second time staying at Olga's 3 bedroom unit. It's in a great location with a view of the ocean from the balcony and only steps from the boardwalk and beach. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us; three unrelated adults who were there to attend the races at Gulfstream Park. The unit is very clean, reasonably priced and Olga provides very clear instructions on accessing the unit. Highly recommend!

Well equipped, clean, and safe area. Fantastic view with swimming pool and beach right outside. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again

Overall a great stay. Parking was tight as we had a minivan with the family, but always had a spot. Walked to the beach daily and drove to neighboring town each night. Great layout for a family of 5. Kids loved the space. Beach accessories were provided, including a wagon to haul the kids and toys there. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great family vacation at Mark’s place. The place was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was very convenient. Mark was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!
