Wonderful stay. Views to die for. Easy parking which is always great as some Airbnb take liberties with this detail. Lounge & kitchen diner very roomy. Lots of little extras such as the towels, chocolates,biscuits, and cake, toiletries. One of the best we have stayed in. Will be back as it’s the kind of place you wished you owned.

We have stayed at The Bay before. This lodge is finished to a really high standard and extremely well presented. We were really pleased with its size, layout and it is well positioned in The Bay. Close enough to everything and well placed for privacy and to enjoy a peaceful break. Andrea was a fantastic host and very responsive with any enquiries, we will definitely consider returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Suzanne's caravan. Firstly, Suzanne was a great communicator and made the check-in process very smooth and answered any questions that I had pre-arrival. On arrival, the caravan was clean and tidy and as described in the listing. The location was fantastic - it is 5 minutes walk from the main entertainment area but it was in a quiet cul-de-sac area so felt a bit more private than some of the site. We also had a sea view from the caravan and a short stroll on to the cliff top. We loved the location. The Haven site is great with loads to do for the kids...although with the exception of the parks, most of the activities (fairground, trampolining etc) are all paid extras. We purchased the play pass to access the swimming and evening entertainment but in all honesty, there was enough to do that we could have got away without paying for that as well. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back again and stay in Suzanne's caravan.

Central and easily accessible. Good connection to Rail and Bus if required. Five mins walk to the center. Stayed for three days for a last minute break with three grandkids. Used the property as a base as we were out most of the time.

Excellent location the bungalow was clean and tidy , beds very comfortable. We took our dog Eric and he was well catered for. We needed to get in touch with the host as the village had a power cut and Amanda kept us up dated through out the power cut . We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We’ve stayed here previously, and returned as the accommodation is fantastic. Erin is a great host who communicates in a clear annd timely fashion. The accommodation is well laid out, bight and welcoming, all aspects of the accommodation are in full working order, clean and well maintained.

The bungalow well exceeded our expectations, the holiday park is a lovely little complex. Amenities were great, there was nothing we felt was missing, the house has been fitted out to a very high standard. Beds comfortable and the rooms dark and very quiet at night. Filey is a 2 mile walk if you go via the beach. The section of beach near the site is lovely and sandy. Pool and steam room were very clean with long opening hours. We will definitely be coming back! Absolutely wonderful find, we loved the accommodation, the location and the hosts. The garden was enclosed for our little dog and he enjoyed his goodie bag very much! This bungalow is simply beautiful and so well equipped! The location’s perfect a few minutes from the seafront and in the early morning you can hear the sea when you sit in the back garden. We look forward to staying again! Thank you!

A lovely comfortable and spacious bungalow. Our little dog enjoyed the enclosed garden. Very peaceful surroundings but close to Pickering. We love this area as you are near to the North Yorkshire moors but also within 30 to 40 minutes of the coast. Best of both worlds. I am sure we will stay here again in the future. Thank you to our hosts for the cake and biscuits on arrival, much appreciated.

A lovely quiet and relaxing space. Perfect for my needs while working in the area. Have been previously and on this time had chance to meet Helen which was lovely. Really enjoy staying at this place.

We had a fabulous stay, it was so cosy and like being at home. We found it to be in the right spot to visit the different places around. Within walking distance to town. The property had everything you needed during your stay. Host is so friendly and willing to help when required. We will definitely be coming back here :)

Helen was concerned that her place was not equipped for children, but. was quite happy for us to invade with children
