Sweet Spot: hot tub, bike path, town & beaches!

Our newly decorated single level home is centrally located with easy access to beaches, island ferries, Providence, Newport and Boston. We have new beds and appliances, along with the comfort of central air conditioning. Easy stroll to both downtown Bristol, the Town Beach, East Bay Bike Path, and Colt State Park. Our back deck is a delightful place to relax and enjoy the shaded backyard, which has a fire pit, BBQ, swing, hammock and an outdoor hot tub (requires signed terms of use agreement)

Family of 5 with 3 dogs lives in attached main house. Please know there will be sounds of kids playing/dogs occasionally barking!

Take a 1/2 mile walk on beach or use our paddle boards. For a romantic getaway the master bedroom has deep soaking two person air jet tub looking up the bay.
