Kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and kettle. The room with the fireplace stove is decorated in a “retro” style with a double bed. The bedroom has 3 beds+ a crib, a sofa bed in the living room. There are 7 places in total for sleeping. TV and wifi.

Thanks to its equipment, it is already used for year-round living or in our case seasonal recreation. It smells of wood, bum, summer and freedom. This place is ideal if you want to hide out for the weekend and relax from the world. Marinotka and the whole area is just for you to share with no one common areas. - Hot tub and sauna are already included

Modern apartment, located in a family house with excellent accessibility by public transport to the center of Brno. When I am away from home, it is possible to use self-service key exchange. There is a bathroom, including towels, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper. Kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. When it comes to sleeping, the apartment offers a large double bed, a single bed and a crib on request, all with clean linens, of course. Small pets are welcome.

The apartment is newly renovated, fully equipped and ready for stay of even the smallest children. One room is bedroom, second is kitchen. Total 2 rooms. You can use upon agreement the swimming pool (in the season). Near is park, Villa Tugendhat or sports center.
