We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

Word cannot describe our stay at Lynnes cottages. My Mum, 3 year old Son and 5 month old Daughter stayed in Tern Cottage for 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer! Lynne had thought of everything for us as adults and the children had everything and more they could have dreamed of. The cottage itself was stunning and spacious for us all. The place was spotless and Jenn on reception was so accommodating. My boy loved the play room and the swimming pool was so lovely for us all, such a treat. Thank you again for such a memorable stay and very much look forward to booking with you again soon!

Couldn’t believe what a beaut of a place this is. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Kristel was responsive and very helpful, even allowing us to let ourselves in early when it turned out we were a bit stuck on arrival day. Short walk into Wells, peaceful cul de sac and good parking. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at High View House. The house was immaculate and welcoming and just perfect for our family break. Mundesley is in a great location for visiting various locations in Norfolk. Larissa our host, was fantastic when I needed to call her early one morning to help us with something. We’ll be back for sure!

Lovely place to stay with lots of room. Big kitchen, which was a really nice sociable space. Great location. Would stay again if in the area.

Shona’s place was a real home from home with everything we needed for a family of 10 staying over Easter. Kitchen was well equipped and living space was lovely and roomy for us all. Fire and hot tub were lovely extras too. Would definitely recommend!

A fantastic stay. Beautiful spacious, clean house that had everything you needed and more. Everything within a few minutes walk but at the same time lovely and peaceful. Great location. Walks in both directions- we took a lovely walk to beeston bump and across to West runton beach. We travelled as two families of 3 (children aged between 9-15) and a grandparent. The downstairs bedroom with nearby toilet was perfect for the grandparent. The whole house is beautifully decorated. Sarah was so helpful and friendly, proactively reaching out and was quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't recommend Paddlestop house enough.

A lovely, well appointed, and comfy house. A stones throw from town and 10 mins easy walk to the golden triangle. Fab location for us. Really peaceful and cosy. Kitchen was really well equipped. Absolutely zero snags or issues. Felt safe and secure too.

The house was great, very well kept, and very beautifully decorated. We were a bit afraid that a big house could be cold but it was very warm and cozy. Also, it was very spacious and the garden was massive. Exploring the garden was a good activity with the family. There are walks you can do from the garden to nature and the nearby village. The atmosphere in the house was nice and peaceful, just what we wanted for New Year's Eve. The TV was great next to the warm fireplace. The kitchen was so clean and it was comfortable to cook with the family. Shehani was very responsive and friendly. She sent us some information about the local villages. We absolutely recommend it.

Kind responsive hosts who were there to help but not intrusive. Very convenient to have en suite bathrooms for the comfortable themed rooms.

What a fabulous peaceful location, couldn't see the sea but could hear it at night through the open bedroom window. Excellent instructions book. Great mattresses & John Lewis bedding. Some very taste full artwork on the walls (esp liked the Philip Gardner's). Impressive batterie de cuisine, cutlery, glasses etc. All good quality items.

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Fantastic stay for my 30th Birthday. The house is absolutely stunning and really felt like home for the weekend we stayed. Would highly recommend. The facilities were perfect and had everything we could have needed. Janine was lovely, very responsive and always helpful especially when we needed a slightly later check out! Definitely stay here!

Great location. At least one double bed would be good and a second toilet when 4 people are staying and a cloths line would be good. The house was fantastic everything we needed we were very happy with it and would stay again.

Great place to stay, Linda wzs able to update the changes we needed straight away, and responded immediately. The lads were impressed with accommodation, it was very homely.
