Lovely stay at Laura’s house, comfortable and good facilities. A small problem was sorted quickly for us. Would recommend this place for any type of stay.

The property is outstanding! Well located, close to the beach, restaurants and markets. I recommend the site.

Easy to find, great for off loading luggage and car parking near by. We stayed over Christmas and it was marvellous to walk into a Christmas tree and lots of lovely decorations. The location is great everything you need in walking distance and if you fancy something different we highly recommend the Fez bar. Our dogs loved the beach and most places are dog friendly including Stewart’s home. Thank you Stewart for an amazing stay, hopefully we’ll be back in the summer.

A fantastic place to stay in the quaint village of Reading Street, especially with a young family - the children absolutely loved playing on the trampoline in the garden! Also a really good base to explore the area - the beach at Joss Bay is walkable and Broadstairs is only 5 mins by car. Thanks Marie for being an excellent host!

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home in Margate. Loved the decor and all of the beautiful touches around the house - and especially loved the sauna and bath under the stars. A very lovely place to stay xx

Lovely house with nice touches all over the place. Only downside, some of the beds (we found) were a bit hard.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

Just got back from a 1 night stay to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. We had a great time and the house met our needs perfectly. Tucked away so very quiet, It was spacious and comfortable, had lovely views and our teenagers loved the games room so were happy and occupied. Jamie was super helpful, friendly and relaxed, and always quick and easy to contact, both before and during our stay. A fab time was had by all and we will definitely be booking again. We all said we would like to go back in the summer so we can enjoy the pool 🤓.

Came to stay here over valentines weekend and it was the best decision I could have made, the space was extremely cosy and intimate with the three separate sections of the space, the kitchen was warm and inviting with the upstairs cosy nook being the main highlight - felt like we had our own personal cinema! The actual yurt looked small from the outside but once you enter it is huge inside! So cosy with limitless amounts of blankets and towels so you’ll want for nothing more. The absolute highlight of the AirBnB was the outside bathtub which felt like a hot tub - absolutely perfect with some tea lights around the edge looking up at the stars. All of the decor felt really considered and matched the aesthetic really well, with a supply of boardgames and everything you could need in a kitchen! Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to escape into their own serenity.

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

I took my 90 year old father and 13 year old dog to stay at Leah’s homely caravan. Despite the coldest weather so far this year we were cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the easily accessible sea walk and trips to whistable, Canterbury and Herne Bay. The caravan had everything we needed, instructions were clear and Leah was responsive to my questions. Thank you for a special few days in Kent.

Wonderful stay, great location & very helpful host!

The stay and the holiday home was great. Most important thing for us was cleanliness and the place met our expectations. Clean linen, towels and furnishing. It’s less than 5 minute walk away from the beach. Central heating and Samsung heater/cooler was great. TV in the living room and each guest room for when relaxing. Cordless vacuum in the cupboard. Some toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Some bread, jam and butter for us when we arrived which was good. All in all, was a lovely stay. Will come again.

Alana is very lovely and you can tell she takes pride in her home. It's really cosy and smelled lovely. Her communication on everything was on point, Alana was foreword to offer her help if necessary making herself available if needed. Really happy we chose here to stay. I really recommend this place to stay.

We had a great stay at Esther’s home. It was in a good location close to the sea and anything else you could need. Her home is lovely.

We had a great stay at garden oasis, it had plenty of room and was very clean and tidy. Brilliant location and very helpful and friendly host.

Very calm, uncluttered house, with a spacious garden overlooking the fields. The kitchen is well equipped and it makes a nice change to have a proper dining room. The house is in a peaceful, countryside location, but with only a ten minute drive into the centre of Canterbury it has the best of both worlds. Can thoroughly recommend for a short, or long, stay. (Also recommend the stunning cliff walk from the National Trust car park in Dover to St Margaret’s Bay.)

A great place to stay for us visiting Whitstable for one night, convenient and quiet location with very easy access to the beach and dog walks (on lead). Great little place to stay with lots of nice touches including even a dog welcome pack and dog bed. Thanks Debi also for helping us with a rather late check in after we failed to get in at the appointed time!

Stayed here whilst in Kent visiting family, plenty of space for everyone to visit for a games evening. (Or two) Lovely big kitchen, bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Garden was great for the kids to kick a ball about and our dog to run around in. Plenty of parking, a nice walk into Broadstairs. We will very likely be back as it’s very convenient for the family.

Nicola was a perfect host, allowing us to check in early to drop our bags a few hours before the usual check-in time. Instructions on how to get in were easy, the place was spotless and the interior design of the flat was beautiful. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly to anyone needing a cosy place to stay in Margate!
