Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brodarica

Tomislav was a great host. He was very responsive and willing to help with whatever question we had or with fixing anything that was below expectation. The only complaint that we have is that there were meant to be 2 additional “high quality” single beds to accommodate all the guests but they were actually air mattresses which would have been nice to know before. However, one of the two mattresses were popped by the previous guests and the team made sure to set up sheets on the couch to fit that extra person so we appreciate their effort.

A fabulous stay in Ivana's studio, she was the best host and went the extra mile to help explain the locality, tips on where to go, and how to get there. The studio apartment was just as described, and super clean, spotless. With just a five minute walk into the centre of Split, yet on a quiet road, the location was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyable place to stay and I would recommend it.

Very nice ,clean accommodation in the quiet place Betina, everything worked well from the landlord, wishes were done immediately. Of course, there are not so many offers of restaurants, etc., but there are also very good restaurants in Murter at this time, and they can be reached in a few minutes. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Very spacious, quiet and close to the city centre. A beautiful terrace is one of the most beautiful ones I’ve even seen in Split 👌🏻

Slavica’s apartment was utterly perfect from start to finish - spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you’d need! The view from the balcony is stunning and we absolutely loved our stay. Slavica was so so helpful, she was available whenever we needed her and we really appreciated it! The apartment is on the top of a big hill, but with that view it was totally worth it. A clean, nice building set in a gorgeous, safe area. Thank you so much for all your help again Slavica, we highly recommend this apartment!

Good communication in advance, so it was easy to get there by car. Very warm welcome, we felt at home from the beginning. The location is very nice and quiet and the view of the sea from the apartment is fantastically beautiful. The apartment is as stated in the description, the supermarket and the house beaches are within walking distance. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We can only recommend this apartment. Everything is perfect, always happy to come back.

The apartment is cute with a small terrace. We enjoyed our stay, its location is great as its walkable distance from the town centre and good amenities nearby.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely gorgeous, really cozy, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was super kind and made sure I had everything I needed, even taking the time to recommend a few great local spots to eat. It was so peaceful and private, the perfect spot to unwind and relax. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway, this is it! I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming spot and short drive to many beautiful beaches.

Amazing accommodation.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor on a hill above Sibenik. Everything was as described. We had a great stay! The apartment was large and extremely clean. From there you can reach the center of the old town within 5 minutes on foot. On the balcony is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the city. Anita is a very nice and lovely host. She picked us up from the parking lot by car, as you can't park in the streets at the apartment or better not do it. She has given many tips in the area and the city. We'd love to come back ❤️

Another great stay at Niki's fantastic apartment. The apartment was really clean with everything you could possibly need. The couch & the beds were really comfortable. Within walking distance of the ferry, bus station, shops & cafes & of course the beach. Communication is always excellent & Larissa went above & beyond to accommodate our needs, she is amazing! I really recommend a stay in this apartment & hope that we will be back....thank you Niki, Larissa & Larissa's mum 😀😀

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tablets, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is well equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea can only be reached via a few steps and you will always find a free place. In 10-15 minutes you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants. Razanj is a small paradise that we would love to return to! Thanks again for everything to Vedran, Maja and Tiho!!!!!! Manuela & Matteo
