This spot is incredible!! Rented it for me, my partner and a few of our friends for my birthday and it was truly a spectacular landing spot!! Robert is very communicative and available about any needs and the view cannot be beat. Will note that while they are pet friendly, they don’t like animals on the furniture and also it is a glitter free space, if you are a sparkly gay like myself, it may not be the space for you!

We had a great stay! Ann Marie was super responsive, and the space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. It’s an easy walk to the beach and only a short drive to town. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple—highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

I can’t thank Ashley enough for a truly special stay for my mom and me. Her home is absolutely magical, decorated so beautifully and comfortably. One rainy day we had such a nice time sitting with a cozy fire and later watching a movie on the biggest tv I’ve ever seen. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to make a great meal, and the bathrooms were fully stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean. And the crown jewel of it all is that unbelievable view. You can see the water in pretty much every room of the house, even the bathrooms! But the living room, kitchen and dining room, and master suite upstairs have the most breathtaking views of all. I found myself just staring at the sea so many times instead of reading or crocheting, just because it was so beautiful. Thank you so much Ashley for this little slice of heaven, and for your kindness. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay with a large and beautiful backyard, great for large family’s traveling together! Great neighborhood, very safe!

We stayed at Chelsea's for the holidays, and it was perfect. We were able to have folks over, cook, hang out. We really enjoyed being so close to the water, and looking for shells and watching sunrise. Chelsea put a lot of thoughtful touches into the house and it really made our holidays with family very special.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Walking distance to great restaurants. Driving distance to multiple locations in the east end.

Great place! This was our 2nd year staying at Spencers home and hope to continue coming back!

Richard was a great host and very responsive. We had a large multigenerational family gathering, and everyone from 1 to 90 yrs old loved the unique space! The heated pool and hot tub was amazing, especially in the winter. The kitchen and dining area was roomy enough for all the meals and our only sadness is we couldn't take advantage of the outdoor space due to the cold weather. There was plenty of space for everyone, beds were comfortable and the ping pong table and exercise equipment were put to good use. Very glad to have stayed!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We had a great time! The location was convenient and in close proximity to my brother’s wedding. The location of Vanessa’s home was beautiful and private. Vanessa’s home was spacious, clean and organized. There was one minor issue and Vanessa contacted me quickly. Would definitely love to rent Vanessa’s home another time probably spring/summer, since we were unable to enjoy the pool and other outdoor amenities due to season/weather.

This house was great and a perfect layout for a group of visiting friends! It is easily one of the nicest places to stay in the Pines, while also feeling distinctly Fire Island. The hosts were super helpful, friendly, and informative. We appreciated all their hard work to create a space that had everything needed to make an ideal Fire Island experience.

Julie’s condo right on the water was even better than the photos could show. Check in was super easy. I had two minor snags and Julie was instantly responsive to solve everything immediately-and even make the stay actually better. The place is spotless clean, well appointed, completely comfortable, and waking up to that expanse of water made me excited to get out of bed and see. It’s a multi million dollar view. At least in this off season this is by far the best deal in Greenport when looking at price to value to living for the moment with water for as far as the eye can see. Great apartment. Great host.

Our stay was truly amazing! Ryan was very communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay. The house and the surrounding area was beautiful. I went with some friends for three nights and we would definitely all stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Dorry’s place! The living room and kitchen is surprisingly spacious and feels so open & inviting because of the outdoor deck space and view of water. We hope to be back again!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Tami's house. This place has sunrise AND sunset views which are absolutely beautiful in a crisp winter sky. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and there is no lack of places to eat if you prefer to go out. The location was perfect for relaxing, and the neighborhood felt safe. Tami was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the East end and would love to stay there again in the future.

Astrid was a great host and the house was awesome. It has an indescribable character and charm, with amazing views to go with it. Visiting in the early Spring, we weren't fully able to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but could only imagine a stay later in the spring/summer. The home was cozy and private. Additionally, very well equipped with everything you could need, from paper towels to cooking supplies. The stairs are steep as mentioned, but we had zero issues. Would highly recommend!

Andrew's home is a peaceful sanctuary and the water view is magical.

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.
