Beachfront holiday rentals in Brooks Bay

Beautiful home in an amazing location. We couldn’t have asked for more in relation to the accommodation. Clean and well set out. Seperate area for the late teens, comfortable beds and good linen. Views are excellent and the deck and veranda are the perfect place to unwind and relax. BBQ and kitchen were well equipped. Walking distance to cafe, shop and bowling club that all offer great food and are very welcoming. The beach is sheltered and a perfect spot to swim. Short drive to the Bruny Pub in Alonnah, the Bread fridge, Bruny Beer and Cheese and Bruny Honey. Lisa is the perfect host and we can’t wait to come back again!

Relaxing place to stay. Kitchen has everything you need to cook (great kitchen). Beautiful outdoor area to relax and enjoy the wild birds singing.

Possums nest was a lovely stay, very close to the beach and a general store. It’s very private and comfy for a couple

We had a great short break at Jason’s place. Loved the Kayaks and bbq. The views are spectacular!

Liz’s place is gorgeous. Huge and lovely guardian that goes down to the water. Kayaks, access to swim and comfort seat for ‘sundowners’. With 30 mins of our arrival we saw a stingray and a wallaby. House is super comfy and well set out for 3 couples. Kitchen and barbie provided everything we needed to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. Liz kindly left us a bottle of Tassie Pinot as well as loads of tea and freshly ground coffee. Liz also suggested various local ‘to do’s’ including the Penigrotts adventure boat tour at adventure bay, and the famous ‘bread fridge’ at Ahlonna. Highly recommend! Thanks Liz!

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

The home is large, spacious and clean. The instructions were clear, and the accommodation comfortable. Short drive to cafes and beach. Would recommend.

We loved staying in this beautiful cottage (situated below the main house but completely private). Everything was perfectly inviting. We arrived late and the cottage was ready for us with wine, bread, cheese and berries. The linens were top notch and the setting is private, quiet, and very beautiful. We easily could have stayed for a week. Our host Nicholas was very helpful when a small issue arose. We loved driving down to the Hastings Cave area and even all the way down to the beautiful beach at South Cape. The drive along the river when you come and go from this location is very lovely with black swans swimming and adorable local animals hopping along the road (although one must drive carefully as to not drive into them!). There is nothing that could have made this stay better. We love forward to coming back again one day to take a river cruise.

Absolute gem! Felt surreal to wake up to the picture perfect sunrise every morning. Location just a short drive from the city & nearby activities. Such a peaceful and private setting. One of my favourite air bnbs I’ve stayed in. 100% recommend

My wife and I loved our stay in Claire's home. Very comfortable house, immaculately maintained, and tastefully furnished. The views are excellent, and beach is just outside. The house is private and quiet. The beach was great to walk on and people were enjoying swimming on this beach although it wasn't crowded. Loved the remodeled bathroom and shower, and the large bed was very comfortable. It's very quiet at night as the house is situated at the end of the lane. Communications with Claire were great, and questions were promptly answered. We really hope to return again as this house was wonderful.

Farida's house is amazing! It has a spacious layout and offers breathtaking views. Staying there feels just like being at a resort—so relaxing! I highly recommend her place.

this place honestly was so amazing especially for the price. you could see the water and watch the dolphins swim from the deck. we all felt so at home there and the deck opening into the house made the space so perfect for us all to have some quiet bevs on the deck while having dinner. Debbie was so flexible with check in and offered her help for anything at anytime. would love to return x

Beautiful townhouse in Blackman's Bay perfect for our family group of 7. Beautiful living area with ocean views. Great having 3 bathrooms too. Kitchen and bathroom had lots of little extras also. Would definitely return.

We stayed at Tricia’s for 5 nights. We used it as a base for day outings and it was perfect. Coming back each day to the best view was so relaxing. The house is old but extremely comfortable. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Super comfortable queen bed and a large combustion heater that warms the whole house on cold nights. We can definitely recommend this air bnb property.

Our family of three stayed here for a few nights. We felt relaxed and had plenty of space. It’s a quiet place with fantastic views. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house was spotless and plenty of space for parking, which was a bonus.

Beyond amazing. Beautiful location and siting of the building. Wonderful framed views. Beautiful sunlight. Lots of seating. Comfortable beds. We saw an echidna, pademelon and quoll on the property. We took lovely walks and watched the changing weather from the windows. Our stay was an unforgettable experience.

Ben’s place in Deep Bay is wonderful, the location is truly stunning. We stayed there for three nights for a family reunion and loved it. Some of the elder family members did have a few issues, such as Ben lives on site and came into his office at 10:30pm, shining a light into the bedroom. There are a few little quirks such as no coffee, sugar, or oil, and an oven that doesn’t fit a lot of the dishes available, but it was still a wonderful stay.

Marks place was amazing in every way! A perfect retreat for those wanting space and serenity! Would highly recommend and will stay again next year
