A great little location within the heart of Brechin. Perfect for a couple of days get away with Dinos round the corner and Ranj for your takeaway needs! Great communication from Colin and easy to find and park. Would highly recommend as a place to stay and a host.

Cottage was MUCH better than expected based on pictures. Garden fabulous. Just few mins through lovely park and in main st. Loads lovely glasses. Nice wee touches like shampoo, herbs. Lots of room. Already planning return trip. Thank you.

Amazing place to stay, great places to eat close by and the perfect location to explore other towns and villages close by. loren was a friendly host who was always responsive. The house was bigger than expected in the best way and had everything we needed to have nights in as well as a home away from home to come back to after a full day out. Our dog Tifa loved walked along the sea front and had the best seaside zoomies at st Cyrus. Thank you for the lovely stay

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

The place was wonderful for our purposes (i.e. celebrating our daughters 30th birthday with the entire family). It is a spacious place which was well equipped and clean. The location was fine and the weather excellent if cold. The check in time was brought forward by a few hours to suit us and the jacuzzi was ready when we arrived. Gillian was responsive to our requests.

We had a magical time over Xmas. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very liveable and stylish. Antonia is so very responsive and helpful. Thank you. We will definitely be back and will recommend warmly and widely.

A lovely cottage, clean and easy to keep clean. Views to die for. I accidentally locked myself out and Jane responded quickly and the joiner came in five minutes - in a small village! Highly recommend this cottage - the sea is healing and puts things in perspective and the cottage is warm and comfortable and very well equipped

Sam’s place and support were perfect. Each of the rooms were inviting and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and showers very good. The whole setting was charming and the location central to the town.

A Gem of a place. Everything we wanted.Catherine was a super host. If you’re arriving by train about a 10 to 15 minute walk through the lovely town. Very close to a beautiful beach walk especially in the frost.

Absolutely wonderful! This was a brilliant place for the perfect stay in St. Andrews. The apartment was exactly as described, beautifully furnished and containing all items required for our stay. Alison was the perfect hostess, and from the moment of booking she was helpful and extremely friendly. We cannot give her, or the apartment, sufficient praise. Thank you so much!

We stayed for just one night as we had come to St Andrews for a craft workshop and to catch up. The apartment is amazing! Clean, beautifully furnished and finished, stunning artwork, and great wee touches (welcome pack, books, games etc). Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated with hairdryers and phone chargers provided. The living room / dining area was perfect for socialising and catching up both before and after we had been out for dinner. A (very) short walk took us into the main streets of St Andrews where we found great food for both lunch and dinner, some lovely local shops and two markets. We would absolutely love to come and stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

A great stay. Perfect for my family and friends. Super layout, spacious and well equipped, had everything we needed, super simple check in and check out. Quiet, peaceful but close to everything. Super walks to beach and great views over the golf course out to sea. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon.

A perfect bolt hole for us whilst visiting friends in higher largo. Cosy, warm and clean with plenty of space. Everything we required was there and worked perfectly. Thank you, I’m sure we will be again.

We booked the flat for a few days for my Dad to stay over Christmas. The flat was ideal, Craig had left a few Christmas treats, which was really appreciated. The flat was spotless and my Dad felt right at home. We will definitely book again!

Absolutely loved staying here house was immaculate very peaceful and quiet house had everything in it wee needed and extras which were appreciated short walk to the pubs cannot wait to stay here again.

Grace's stay was 😍 fantastic!! Convenient location, beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean warm and cosy. We had gone straight from work and were returning to work afterwards so had a small amount of if time to relax but it was instantaneous in this wonderful ambient setting. I would definitely return and recommend this stay to others

we had very good communication with Hamish from the very beginning. He has a beautiful flat that is very well equipped for all you need. A brilliant base for exploring the area . Shops near by & places to eat 😀would definitely use again .

Excellent location within easy access to all amenities. Comfortable flat great shower lots hot water and good bed lots nice touches to make place homely. Excellent walks for our dog who enjoyed the friendly pubs lots treats Hope to return in future as Broughty Ferry one of our favourites
