Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Brown County

We enjoyed our weekend stay in The Melody! Everything was perfect and we would love to stay here again. Loved the outdoor porches and the cute interior.

Where can you go on a big holiday for 4 days with 100% of your kids, in-laws and grandkids and hear nothing but “When can we come back?” Wish I could show you pics of cooking, cards, pool, fishing and goofy games that just makes life great and memories of a lifetime. My family stayed at Rusty's home while attending my son's wedding. I accommodated our needs very well. Rusty was very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend for a peaceful place to stay.

This place was very nice and fit our needs well. We enjoyed the accommodations. The kitchen was a little small and with no dishwasher it made it a little difficult to cook and wash dishes but there were plenty of things to cook with. When you use the oven it makes the place rather warm since its a small space so you need to use the oven and AC units mindfully. Everything was very comfortable otherwise and i would recommend this place to someone visiting Brownwood

The house, location and access to the lake is remarkable. Definitely a place I would book again and recommend to others. Our host, Aaron was very friendly and replied quickly about any questions. I would give Aaron and the house 11 stars out of 10! Awesome and amazing time at the lake!

Our stay at Teri's beautiful lake home was absolutely perfect for me and my girlfriends. We needed last-minute accommodations, and Teri went above and beyond, being incredibly responsive and providing all the details we needed for a smooth and memorable stay. Waking up each morning and enjoying our coffee while looking out at the lake was truly magical. The house had everything we needed, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hope to be back sometime in the future!

This is now my second time staying at 5F Ranch. I came here just shy of 5 years ago for my bachelor party, and came back now for my brother’s. This has been a truly phenomenal experience both times. I can say that I had great memories here and it still exceeded them. The property is absolutely gorgeous, both land and home. This is not your typical airbnb, this is a family property that is very loved and it absolutely shows. The home/houses were designed for large groups from the ground up, so it is not bits of furniture crammed into every corner to accommodate as many people as possible. High end and thoughtful features throughout, and absolutely breathtaking property owned by people who respect and appreciate it. To top it all off, Lane and his wife have been the most warm and hospitable hosts you could ever ask for. We will continue coming back here for as long as they will have us. “Hidden gem” is an understatement.
