The place is even nicer than in the photos. Easily, it is an absolute dream in an incredibly quiet/private area. If you just want to escape everyday life, this is the place for you! The place is well equipped and we had wonderful days here! The hosts are super friendly, always available if you had any questions. We can 100% recommend the place and will definitely come back!

Our first time heating with a pellet stove worked great after the familiarization phase. We found the apartment very tasteful and nicely furnished. We felt comfortable and will be happy to come back another time.

Our stay in the beautiful Waldheimat left nothing to be desired! - Our whole family had an unforgettable time there and we really DIDN'T MISS ANYTHING! - The house was just perfect for us and our kids in its layout and generosity! - Big plus goes to the quaint coziness & cleanliness of the house! (Especially the game room was incredibly appealing to us and was a big highlight for young and old :)) We will definitely be back and will always remember this unforgettable weekend at Semmering!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Studio flat in Semmering, Austria. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The flat is beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the ski slopes, and with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The apartmanik was great, spacious and super equipped. The city center Stuhleck a short walk from the apartment is a perfect location. I hope to come back .

Very friendly hosts Christina with her husband, you will rarely meet such. The house is clean, cozy,nice furniture, comfortable beds, the house has nice fragrances everywhere. There is everything you need for your stay (I was glad that there was enough coffee and tea for the entire stay, which is usually rare). The fridge is filled with different beverages. There is a grill area with an excellent grill.

I felt super comfortable with Andrea. The apartment was big and quiet. Andrea is very sweet and responded well to my wishes. She also gave me many tips about the region when I arrived. Everything was mega straightforward and a great experience in general. I'd love to come back :)

We had a wonderful holiday. The house as well as the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. So much hospitality is really rare to experience.
