Quiet and secluded accommodation in the guest house right on the lake Ulllutern. Access to a large dock with a bathing ladder shared with the cabin host. Rowboat and wood-burning sauna are included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Sleeping loft with 140cm dubble bed and sofa bed 140cm with double bed. Stairs from the living room up to the sleeping loft. Kitchen with basic equipment, fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, oven, microwave. Not dishwasher. Toilet with toilet, shower, sink and storage cabinet. The guest house is located on the same lot as the cottage hosts' house. Welcome!

Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are included at the time of stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and carbonated drink upon arrival. The cottage has a nice south facing wooden deck with food furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne Sommerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

For those who want to stay completely unique in your own house in a cultural village, with horses on the farm and access to our own dock. You love the proximity to adorably beautiful nature, hiking on trails or discovering your own trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see abundantly culturally famous places. As a host couple, we will be happy to show the farm that was restored according to old methods. In the immediate vicinity is the golf course (Arvika 4 min) and a canoe rental.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

An undisturbed accommodation where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and view. Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100m to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with a barn, herbre, stalls, fence yard and a sauna and a jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, jetty, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.
