If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 60lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet remediation fee will be charged. If the reservation is marked as no pets, and evidence of a pet being on the property is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-refundable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee. Property has 2 cameras on site. These 2 cameras only view external portions of the property (underneath facing driveway and front doorbell camera w/ alerts paused). These are not used when the home is occupied. They are only there to keep an eye on the property when vacant.

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. Perfect for families/couples looking to be close to the downtown action, yet away from any noise/traffic. A peaceful beach escape w/ every modern amenity. BBQ essentials on site. Pet friendly. Welcome to one of the best locations on the island. Located just two short blocks (less than a 5 minute walk) from the beach within walking distance of a few restaurants, and just a short drive (or 15 minute beach walk) to downtown Carolina beach. The Big Snapper is an upstairs apartment of a duplex, that is completely separate from the downstairs unit. We are dog friendly ($50/ dog). You are responsible for cleaning up after them and assuring they do not disturb the downstairs tenants

Cozy Cottage at Sunset Beach dog friendly no cats.

We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.

"Seadar" Cottage - A Mid-Century Beach Cutie!

Welcome to “Seadar” Cottage. This mid century modern single family home is nestled among cedar trees and is all modern now but there still is a little funk left in her. One of the very best locations on the island! Only a couple of blocks to the beach, lake and all the fun the boardwalk has to offer. Restaurants, shopping and the lake are super close. Squigleys ice cream only 200 feet away!

Pet Friendly Paradise; 15 Minutes to Beach/ D-Town

We loved living in this single story family home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood right in the center of town and less than a mile to shopping, dining, and movies. 15 minutes from Downtown, Carolina Beach, and Wrightsville Beach. The backyard is fully fenced in for pets, and there is private covered boat or RV parking available. Every bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of privacy.
