Incredible open-water lot on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ! 50 feet of east-facing waterfront with deep water, double jet ski ramp and double boat dock with beautiful partially covered roof top deck and beautiful trees by the boat dock providing lots of shade from the west sun to keep you cool in the hot summer. Beautiful single story 3 bedroom/2 bath Austin stone home with an open floor plan with large windows bringing you to the lake as soon as you walk in the front door. Fabulous location!

Located at the vintage Painted Sky property, the Lake Side Deck Suite is perfect for larger groups and families! It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a Great Room between the two bedrooms. There is a full kitchen, living room, dining table and a flat screen TV. Outside on the lake side deck there are outdoor dining chairs and tables, lounge chairs, and a gas grille. Located at the Painted Sky property. NOTE: This unit requires stairs to access since it is a second story room and deck.
