Holiday home rentals in Budva

I spent a weekend with my family, Okcaha was very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and tidy, nothing to say, it is also in a good location near the sea, in the surroundings and well managed with a restaurant and supermarket. I would recommend it.

Good stay, very kind host and everything as described!

A lovely, clean and convenient apartment located in the resort village of Przno, in the community of Budva. The neighborhood is quiet, in the hot summer days there is still cool at night, there are no crowds of tourists and noisy places. There are 3 municipal beaches at a different distance from the apartment, where you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds, or sit with your umbrella and bedding. The nearest beach is only 4 minutes walk. It consists of 2 parts: one part is adjacent to the hotel beach and has a rather pleasant entrance to the sea, the second part is more picturesque, but the entrance to the sea there is quite difficult because of the large, slippery, and often sharp stones. This beach is quite quickly filled with vacationers, so it is comfortable to be on it until 10 am or after 20 pm. Within a 15 minutes of walking distance there is a large Kamenovo beach. Within a 20 minute walk through the beautiful Royal Park there is a very nice beach - Sveti Stefan. There are 3 small shops near the apartment. Big shops, with a lot of assortment and lower prices, are in Rafailovichi, Becici, Budva. You can walk there, along the sea, go down to Kamenovo beach or take the bus. There is a bus stop within 3 minutes of walking distance from the house. The hostess was always available. We highly recommend this apartment for a vacation in Montenegro.

Like everyone who writes Oksana is a great host, he's always there for any questions. The apartment was clean and the same as the pictures, close to the beach and shops. +Across the street is directly a restaurant where there is a different daily menu every day (soup, main course, salad, and casa pizza's yr for €9.5). The beach restaurants/cafes where there are also plenty of fast food (pizza, gyros, palanic, burger, etc for 2-4€) are not far away. As well as an idea shop and various bakeries are close to the apartment. - For those who plan to cook often, there may be no hot water in the kitchen to wash dishes. +In the apartment there are basic cooking utensils, a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a washing machine, a clothesline for drying the laundry(which should possibly be replaced-the pair of wires are discouraged). -What it doesn't have a scratch/detergent to wash your laundry, but it's easy to get. But nothing works on Sundays, so on time to shop. For those who come with small children and strollers - you know there are about a dozen steps before the elevator. +You get the internet you can carry with you, the battery holds for 4 hours.

the host is very friendly 😊 He has a perfect house with everything. I felt comfortable like in my own home in Sanli. Perfect location for transportation. Great pool near the sea

We rented two apartments next to each other and it was very convenient for our family of four. The location is accessible to Kotor old town and a supermarket by foot. It is urban yet in very peaceful surroundings. This apartment itself is modern, with bright glass sliding doors leading to a very private garden. The open plan room has a kitchenette suitable for light cooking. Ksenia is a very responsive and flexible host. Thank you once again Ksenia for another seamless lovely stay :)

A great and quiet place near the Lovcen mountain. When we arrived two enourmous toads were welcoming us, great to be in the middle of a national parc with its wildlife. Great host, great house. Everything is there, instruments for kitchen. 1 hour from Kotor, 1 hour from Budva, 30 minutes from Cetinje.

Victor first came to the bus station to pick us up, then he adviced us to go shopping and took us to the store, he then drove us home and showed us our suite. It was very clean and cosy. We especially enjoyed the pool and the fireplace. We could go swimming anytime of the day and the pool was very clean and well maintained whilst we were there. The pool area also had lounge chairs and there were some pool toys. The garden around the pool was also very beautiful with lots of fruit bearing trees/plants. He also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from his vineyard. He had to communicate with a translator but, it was still very easy to communicate with him and trust what he said. We would definitely love to stay here again when next we’re in Montenegro.

Wonderful stay, close to Tivat. Extremely quiet and away from the action but close enough to walk. The apartment is spacious and Pelin was always responsive as a host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spending a week in this house was an absolute pleasure. Great location — the old town is just around the corner, and the nearest grocery store covered all our needs. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the yard and spending evenings on the patio. We especially remember the ginger cat who came in the evenings and cozily settled on our laps. Thank you very much, Draga! I had a wonderful time and would love to return again.
