Excellent stay. Unintentionally there was confusion with the room I was given and resolved it immediately.

The Color House is a fantastic place to stay - I spent two months there and it had everything needed to feel like I was at home. The apartment, set away from the street, is very quiet and peaceful, and it's a pleasure to relax in the colourful indoor and outdoor spaces. The bedroom is a real joy, with a super comfortable bed, lovely decor, natural light, pitched wooden roof. Plenty of shops and places to eat are very close by, as is Malabia subway station to take you downtown with ease. Villa Crespo is such a lovely neighbourhood to explore, more 'real' than neighbouring Palermo (which is only a 30 minute walk, 10 minute drive). One of my happiest airbnb stays, definitely.

The place is spotless, with every detail to the utmost care. I especially note the attention of Cecilia, who was attentive at all times, making the experience even more special and pleasant.

Excellent place, in style, spacious, comfortable, we visited very cold days and the apartment was very well heated. It is very well located, close to the train stop, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, etc. Thank you, we'll be back. Greetings.-

Beautifully boutique hotel in a restored late 19th century town house. The neighborhood is old and non touristic with easy access to the cities hot spots. Definitely a place to stay at!

Beautiful two floor condo on the 23rd floor with incredible views. Very comfortable space. Excellent neighborhood with lots of parks and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend.

Points in favor: The place is very conveniently located; has a grill and a pool; it is economical; Points against: The place was not clean at all; They should warn of the structure and accessibility of the house (it is a chorizo with very narrow stairs); the pool did not have the proper maintenance nor had a tarp to cover. In conclusion, the place is value for money with a good location and the extra of having a pool with a grill. Ideal for friends but not for family.

Recommended! The place is as the images, Juan Cruz and Candela were always attentive and accessible. Of course, it is a pleasure to be with our dog. We will be back!!!

Everything is perfect. Miriam is attentive to every need and doubts. Colegiales is one of the best areas in Buenos Aires, but still to be discovered by tourism. All services, tranquility, safety and perfect communication with any other area of the city. More than reasonable price for what is offered.

The room very well equipped with electric oven, table, chairs, tableware, refrigerator, pava, water dispenser, air conditioner, TV, hair dryer. sommier, sheets, pads and towels of premium quality. Decorated with great taste. Isolated from Patricia's home on the terrace and with a lot of privacy. The access staircase is a bit steep. It is a room but it serves the function of a mini apartment. Neighborhood seems calm. Only 100 meters from Av. San Juan with shops and transports. The value for the price is excellent. I was very satisfied and grateful.

it was a short but great stay, martin received us 3:00 am because our flight was delayed, everything was clean, shower was excellent and we found the accommodation a grace 🤍

Very nice and comfortable place

Pleasantly surprised with the stay. They let me store my luggage while I was waiting for check-in time. Good bathrooms, common spaces, rooms and kitchen. Surprised with the latter, it has everything you need to cook if you need to. Ten the receptionists. Hasta shampoo and conditioner have to shower. I'll definitely be back.
