Giorgi’s place felt like home away from home. We had a great time there and would certainly consider it if we ever get back to this area. It’s a 3-storey villa. There’s 8 bedrooms total, 4 on second and third floor each. 2 of them on each floor have smaller bathrooms and there’s also 1 bigger bathroom on the first floor. This brings total count of bathrooms to 5. The yard is well-maintained, with a newly installed pool that was cleaned and serviced daily by a local company. There’s also a nice covered bbq area so you can cook shashlik even when it rains. The yard also has a gazebo with some outdoor seating, enough for a big group (there was 11 of us). Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Georgiana

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Clean cozy apartment, very comfortable homemade bed, kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is friendly, actively communicates, gives recommendations and resolves any issues that arise. The territory of the complex is beautiful and well-maintained, the beach is cleaned, sunbeds are convenient. The sea entrance is rocky and I recommend taking your shoes for swimming. In September, the water park did not work every day (the slides agreed to launch only when more than 10 visitors will be recruited), the cinema and most of the slot machines worked, there are no balls for children in the bowling alley. It's possible that the service is better during the season.

The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, is close to the sea and central locations in the city. The owner was super attentive, called several times to check if we had everything we needed, even left is coins for the lift that lasted us a week. Even if the apartment is located in the older building, it is newly renovated and there is no dampness. Recommended place to stay.

We would like to express our gratitude to Maike and her husband Duka for their hospitality. We were greeted early in the morning at the airport and helped to reach the apartment, told us where the best beaches are to go, and what to try. We were constantly in touch and helped with all the issues that arose. We stayed with a group of four and were very satisfied. The apartment fully corresponds with the description and photos. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. There are little shops, several pharmacies nearby. The big super market is a 10-15 minute walk away. We had no problem getting to the Old Batumi by almost any minibus for 0.5 gel (10 minutes drive) without any problems. Even though we were not very lucky with the weather, we had a wonderful vacation, in particular thanks to Maike and Duki. Thank you so much for the great stay!

This apartment is on the 24th floor and has a great balcony view on the mountains and football arena . Stores around , Wilmart is a great choice next to condominium , also fresh fruit and vegetable stands. Street parking hasn’t been an issue next to school any time of the day . Beach is only two blocks away with lots of places to rent bikes. And hosts are always there to respond

I selected the place because I had to move from previous one and did not want to go far. It looks less cozy on images than for real (maybe the images colder color tone). However I liked the place more than I expected. In the mornings in the bedroom you get the abundance of sun light so you day starts positively and spirited. As of equipment, everything is there, I did not recall anything I would miss. Irakli was always in touch, I had no issues addressing him on different matters. Bookmarked for the future stays. Had a wonderful stay! Teona was incredibly nice and friendly, always checking up on me to ensure everything is fine. The place was spotless with a really nice view. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in the heart of the Old Town Batumi, clean, well appointed and stylishly decorated. Minimal and tasteful. High ceilings with mouldings, charming balcony and all round relaxing and comfortable space. Linda is a very communicative, provides clear instructions, is flexible and accommodating. Lots of great bars and restaurants in the vicinity, the piazza is a short distance away, and the port is also a very short walk. If you're going to visit Batumi then this gem is a perfect for either solo travelers or couples.

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that nana was very responsive and flexible. The room is quiet and there is no shortage of amenities.There are nice paintings in the room.There is a Grand Mall and Will Mart nearby, which is very convenient.The location was great and overall good value for money.Internet and electricity will be sent to the host's bank account.

Cozy and clean apartment, located in a quiet area. Nearby there are shops and vegetable shops. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. Lasha's mom is a wonderful host! Very helpful and welcoming! We will be happy to stay here again to friends!

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Mila is an excellent host. She was very helpful and responsive. She also did her best to meet all our expectations and exceeded at it. The place was beautiful, clean, private, peaceful and had an amazing view. I felt right at home, it was well worth it! All host should be like Mila, we are certainly coming back when we are back in Chakvi. Thank you Mila for an excellent service!

The trip was a great, friendly and very friendly host! Very cozy and comfortable house. Dedicated bedrooms, which is as convenient as possible to accommodate several guests. All amenities are available. All appliances work perfectly. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, all kitchen utensils, dryer, TV. There is also extra bedding. Everything is very convenient for large groups of people. The location is good. The host of the apartment was very friendly. He met me, arranged it! In one word, I recommend 👍

Good place, not far from the sea, not far from shops and bazaar. Fresh fruits and vegetables are very close. Clean flat. In the kitchen and shower, you can find everything that you need. Very nice view from all rooms.
