A fantastic and well furnished apartment, spacious, light and airy, clean and tidy, and very quiet neighbourhood. The host is responsive and very thoughtful, i.e. providing us plenty of spares of everything such as kitchen essentials, daily essentials like coffee pods, tissues, blankets and so on. this was such a charming little place with heaps of heart and a lot of sunshine. everything you need is inside, the interior is just delightful, and it's about 5-10 mins walk away from dozens of delicious restaurants (or just around the corner from one of the best Japanese restaurants i've ever eaten at) and only a 10 min walk from the central train station the owners are friendly and responsive, and flexible wherever they can be to help out thoroughly recommend this place!

Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Spent a week in this charming boutique BnB with family over Christmas. The house was beautifully furnished and well stocked with quality appliances. The complimentary wine, milk and water was much appreciated ❤️ The Bedrooms were made up beautifully and the house was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect being a 1 min walk to river walk and cafes and 5 min drive to plaza or cafes and restaurants. The back patio was perfect spot for morning breakfast and very inviting with plants and fairy lights The media room was super comfortable with reclining lounges and cinema Tv and you could close it off for privacy. The house also had ducted air conditioning which was a blessing during hot summer days . I would definitely recommend staying here , it was a cute BnB, , both private , clean and peaceful and our hosts were lovely. Thank you !

You cannot beat the view. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and the sunset. Charlotte was very accommodating, and it was easy to communicate with her.

Phou’s place was a great location for a group stay, perhaps better set up for groups with couples or for large families (all double beds with makeshift singles) than groups with unrelated adult singles where bunks or twin rooms would have helped. Apart from this, Phou was responsive, helpful, the flat had everything we needed including a crock pot Phou bought for us on request. Very easy to stay there and get around all regions of Sydney as close to multiple train stations and the bus network. I recommend this place for unrelated groups of 4-6, for groups with multiple couples, or for larger family groups where sharing a bed is not a problem.

This stay was exactly what we needed plus some. We will book it for future events in the area. It is old style spacious in every way, and that just brought with it a feeling of relaxation. We didn’t have it at full guest capacity, but it’s so big that it could easily take 6 people. The full sized kitchen was well stocked both in herbs and spices, and utensils, which is important for us since we don’t eat out. The 80’s architecture was homely and comforting in its warm tones. There was a feeling of privacy. A top stay.

My family and I loved this place sooo much, the photos didn’t really do justice about the place. The manor is sooo much better than the photos. We felt right at home, it had everything that we needed. Margot recommended some places which we visited during our stay and the kids loved it, especially the park near the dam. Margot is a very responsive host, we had to extend our stay since the kids wanted to enjoy a bit more of the place. This area is very quiet and peaceful. Would love to come back here on our next stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Remarkably well provisioned. Beds were super comfy and the location is spot on. Very easy to get to the city or walking distance to Bondi beach. Great host!

Tom was a great host and super responsive. The place is exactly as described. Super comfy bed a great place to escape to after pounding the pavement of Sydney. Close to the train station and resteraunts galore around. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks Tom!

Victoria has a beautiful apartment in Elizabeth Bay. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, secure off street parking and water views on a lovely one way street we were extremely happy with our stay here. The property was clean and light filled with clean comfortable modern furnishings, comfy beds & nice linen and towels. We spent most of our time in Potts Point and it was an easy walk from the well positioned property to the amazing restaurants and cafes. The apartment block is security keyed and has a lift from the carpark to the relevant floors. Would happily book another stay here. Victoria provided clear instructions for access, arrival and departure and was responsive to any messages. Thanks for hosting us Victoria.

The place is fantastic, modern, comfortable and clean. The host is very helpful and responds immediately. The bed and pillows are sooo good. Would recommend.

Lovely place, very clean, lots of space for our 6 adults and baby. The place was well resourced for a baby (inc travel cot and high chair). Had a nice outdoor area. Also very close to beaches and lakes. Host was very responsive and flexible. Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect location! So close to beach and the pool was amazing to have during the great summer days we got. Spent 2 weeks over Xmas and new years and was so peaceful and perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to shops as well so really was a wonderful getaway. Everything in the house was as described and nothing extra was needed. Communication and checkin process was smooth and so easy. Would definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic stay! The unit was well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable week, from thoughtful amenities to a cozy atmosphere. It was spotless on arrival and well-maintained throughout. The location was great, and communication with the host was seamless. Really appreciated the early check-in when my flight arrived a few hours early. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tidy, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in Sydney! (And for those who care, the shower water pressure is excellent!)

Absolutely wonderful. So many little extras made my daughter and myself and our dog feel very welcome. Our dog was unwell and the info folder even gave contact details for local Vets. Location was so handy to everything we needed and yes we’d love to stay again.

The house is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for a family of five. It was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, toilet paper, etc. The location is excellent. The communication was rapid and precise and very helpful. Great hosts and a recommended location.

Chey was a great host! My two dogs loved the trip as well. We had everything we needed, all arrival, wifi, and amenity info was clear and easy to follow. Great space, would highly recommend. Thx Chey, see you again soon!

5/5 Stars! We had an amazing stay at Rob's place! The location was perfect - close to the beach, shops, and everything we needed. The unit had everything we needed, with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom that were all comfortable, clean, and neat. We literally just had to pack our clothes and we were set! Plus, there was even a desk for working, which was perfect for us. My partner worked from the bedroom, while I took over the kitchen area - it was great to have separate spaces to focus. But what really made our stay special was Rob's mom - she was wonderful and welcoming, even to our furry friend Tama! She let him roam around her backyard, and he had the best time following her everywhere. And despite being next to her residence, we still had plenty of privacy, which was much appreciated. Rob was also great to communicate with - prompt, friendly, and kind. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend Rob's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and

We had the most wonderful stay at Amanda’s Beach Hideaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Amanda’s thoughtful touches and attention to detail made us feel so welcome. The location was ideal! peaceful and scenic, yet close to everything we needed. Our family made so many special memories here, and we truly felt at home. Amanda was an exceptional host - kind, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. Great location with parrots in the surrounding trees. Very well maintained house with plenty of space whilst feeling cosy and compact.

A lovely art deco flat- right by the beach! Location is fabulous. Anne explained there would be some construction noise at the time we stayed so we were well aware before our trip. Was absolutely no issue for us and didn’t interfere with our enjoyment.
