Modern home just 5 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth and minutes from Premium Outlets in Birch Run. Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. Coffee and breakfast bread included. No pets, please. Fee for more than 4 guests.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cozy home, on the lake with beautiful views. Weather permitting you can go kayaking, paddle boarding.(Kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat Only for staying guests. Lake is electric motors only. There is a shared Gazebo on the lake. we also have picnic tables. Swimming is great, perfect for little ones water is shallow and warmer, sandbox ava(2 pet max) Dogs welcome, must be leashed.( No aggressive breads, no cats allowed).Pets cannot be left unattended

Luxury Home - Indoor Pool - Fabulous Location

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish included Netflix, Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
