A fantastic and well furnished apartment, spacious, light and airy, clean and tidy, and very quiet neighbourhood. The host is responsive and very thoughtful, i.e. providing us plenty of spares of everything such as kitchen essentials, daily essentials like coffee pods, tissues, blankets and so on. Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

Andrew was delightful to deal with and went above and beyond as a guest to make our stay as excellent as possible The pictures don’t do the home justice. We had such an amazing stay! Close to everything we needed! A lovely walk to the harbour which offers so many restaurants and things to do. Suzannas communication was incredible, always offering recommendations and quick responses. The place was super clean and had everything we needed! Great price , highly recommend this place

Great roomy house outside of busy Sydney inner suburbs. Great and friendly communications with the host made us feel welcome. This house is big and will suite large family or a group. We really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend it.

Excellent place to stay for a week with the family including 2 dogs. Location can’t be beaten, stunning views. The house was very cosy with every thing you needed for a relaxing stay

Remarkably well provisioned. Beds were super comfy and the location is spot on. Very easy to get to the city or walking distance to Bondi beach. Great host!

Tom's places is in a high rise hotel building in the Potts Point neighborhood. The key value is the location as it is easy walking to the warf, Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Harbor Bridge, and the Art Gallery of New South Wales (which is a must see). Easy travel from train to Circle Quay and easy self check in. Note that if you walk, Google maps will route you up a fairly steep set of stairs. No issue if you are hauling a backpack, but if you have a rollaboard, you may wish to bypass the stairs and continue past the Navy ships on Cowper Warf Road until it turns right onto Wylde Street. Wylde turns into Macleay Street and the property will be on the left. The room itself is rather small, but has all you need including a roof top access with tables and chairs.

What can I say! Such a beautiful place - we loved every aspect of it from the location, to the balcony views of the water, to the lovely internal furnishings. Victoria is a lovely person and she was super helpful with local suggestions and accommodating our early arrival. Could not rate the stay experience more highly, thank you Victoria

We had a fantastic stay downtown Sydney. Everything is in walking distance and there is so much to do. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated the crib and highchair. The pool has a fantastic view of downtown. Highly recommend if you are going sightseeing in Sydney.

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

Had such a great stay at Peter’s place! It was opposite the beach, which was lovely. Everything was walkable, cafes, woolies and restaurants. The place itself was in amazing condition and Peter was super flexible about me checking in slightly early so I could work. He also send me very clear instructions and a comprehensive list of local recommendations. To top it off it is pet friendly and my little pup had the best stay! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Not the best curb appeal when we arrived but when we entered the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. Very spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Close to Crown St with lots of restaurant choices and many cafes. Also a short walk to central station which was super convenient. Damian was a great host who let us in early and was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommend this spot!!

Amenities were beautiful, place was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. A very private and quiet place to relax in.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend doing the coastal cliff walk in the park. It’s a few minutes walk to the IGA and all the restaurants and beaches and also a few minutes walk to the start of the hike. The place was perfect for us with comfy beds, plenty of kitchen supplies and outdoor and indoor spaces that were easy to hang out in. The back yard is way bigger than it looks in the photos and we enjoyed a little fire and wine for our late night chats. Highly recommend this place.

Great weekender for beach living. So close to the beach, yet private. Anne was proactive with making sure that parking was available and kept us informed about any development in the area. A great stay!

Had a great stay for 7 of us, two families. Mr Chen had kindly prepared some food before our arrival. Aldi supermarket and several eateries are within walking distance, thus, it was a great stay overall for a week. Thanks!

Awesome house - bright, airy and lovely garden, where we enjoyed some good bbqs. Bedrooms well-sized and kitchen really well equipped. Lovely walk into Cronulla and bay views from the end of the street. No hesitation in staying here again - perfect for our family.
