Great location and apartment. The distance from the marina was walkable. Only thing that was missing were more towels.

Great Experience!!! A very responsive host, gave Clear instructions on check-in & Check-out. Location is easy to find & is 2 min walking distance from DMCC Metro Station. Clean & Hygienic. Amazing view from 19th Floor. Recommended for Single/couple stay.

Spacious apartment with stunning view of JLT and surrounding. Bedrooms are decent size. Has a dishwasher and all other cooking supplies that makes life way easier. Schahin has his team very responsive and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay in his apartment. Welldone!

Filippo is the best host whom I had contact,everything was perfect. People who are rent apartment in Dubai should learn from Flilippo how to be professional,nice host.(in Dubai is not common) Apartment was super clean, equipped with everything necessary and even better. A big plus is having a parking lot in the building. Very nice building, good swimming pool, Good access to the highway, bus stops nearby, 2 large shops. Communication with Filippo perfect. I recommend from all my heart

My experience at Edgar’s place was amazing! The place made me feel at home right away. really appreciated the quick and detailed response whenever I communicated. He was super helpful whenever I had a few problems and was solved right away. The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay as well. The convenience of the location to the station, supermarkets, restaurants and the marina was great. The pool and gym was also very nice. There are so many positive things I could say but I really loved the place and highly recommend it!!!! Thank you Edgar and Maryam for making my stay an awesome stay!!!!!!! I would definitely want to come back and stay again!!!!

I had an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful residential community. The private beach, private gym, and grocery store in the parking lot were all very convenient. The flat was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sarbjeet Singh, the guest service team member, was very pleasant and always available to solve minor issues. I highly recommend staying here.

The stay was awesome. The owner was friendly and helpful Easily accessible to the shops nearby. The house is fully loaded with all required amenities. Closer to the bus stop.. overall very comfortable place to stay and relax with family. Highly recommended

Stayed here for a week at the end of October 2024 with the family. It’s an amazing apartment with amazing views in a great location on The Walk. Situated on the 33rd floor of Rimal 5, the views are breathtaking from the two balconies. Having your own pool was great too. Apartment came with a pool table and table tennis too which was an added bonus. We had the maid clean the apartment twice and she was lovely, super friendly and super helpful. She couldn’t do enough for you. Alessandro and Deborah organised for some lager/beer to be delivered a couple of times to the apartment. This was a great bonus as you can’t get it from supermarkets in Dubai. They’re both really helpful and proactive with any queries/requests I had. Taxi drivers found it difficult to find Rimal 5 as you have to get picked up from the basement. We used to go outside Raising Canes, pick up their WiFi and get Uber/Careem from there. You won’t regret booking his place especially as a family with the communal space

A nice place with a beautiful views of the Marina. The place is conveniently located close to the Metro and Tram. Anna and the team communicated accurate and promptly making the stay very comfortable.

The apartment is great, very spacious and great views. Location is prime for JBR, you have access to a multitude of things all in close proximity, beach, safe play areas for children, shops and more. Would definitely recommend and also would stay again. Thank you.

Our stay was very good, the location is good, close to everywhere but it is good for 2 people. Since 3 people sleep on the couch, the couch is a bit old and uncomfortable. A new one can be purchased.
