Unassuming and cozy cottage in quiet surroundings, with short distance to ski resorts as well as huge hiking opportunities in the mountain home summer and winter time. Swimming area 5 min walk from cabin Lauvåsen is beautifully situated in the small grenda Austbø in Rauland. The location is an excellent starting point for nature and cultural experiences in the traditional mountain village. From the living room and each other there are beautiful views to Longvikvatn and beautiful Fossanfjell.NB!

A steal of a 3 bedroom near nature as well as public transportation! No car is needed but there is parking. The lucky renter is spoiled with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a sunny patio. Linens and towels are provided. Long-term special rates! Supremely convenient with Kiwi grocer across the street; Sandvika Mall (connecting bridge); Pizza, greek, and sushi takeaway on the ground floor. 700m from bus/train station (15 min to Oslo Central every 10 min), and nature steps away.

Idyllic country house, jetty & beach at the river

Our country house is easy to reach by the main road to Bergen, only one hour from Oslo. It is easy to reach by buss, and only 70 km from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place because of the view, the location and outdoor area, with direct access to the river. The place is good for couples, you traveling alone and families (with children). canoes & boat included.Just an hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Two bedroom cottage has accessto lake.

Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Private lawn and fire pit. About 100-150 m from the house you have access to swimming area, boat, volleyball court, playground and football field. Roller skiing of 1 km and ski trails of 2,3,5,10 and 25 km just below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub some walking distance. The place is about 20 -30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.

Beach property and bathhouse access

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The house has a private beach and is located on Nesøya. 10 min to Sandvika and 30 min to Oslo city centre ( private car 20 min ) Large property with bathhouse. This separate place for rent is located on the seaside. There are several sleeping areas in the bathhouse if needed. ( To sleep there or access has to be agreed upon in advance / rented separately )

Comfortable cabin minutes from the beach.

Spectacular sea views, very good sun conditions. New kitchen with dishwasher and nespresso machine, 2 bedrooms with delicious soft mattresses. Bathroom with shower and flush toilet in the annex right next door. Two SUPs and life vests. ODA delivers at address. Large gas grill. The coastal path passes few minutes away. Short way to Horten and Holmestrand by car. Quiet neighbors. No partying.
