The house is located away from the village in the middle of forest and meadows with absolute tranquility and beautiful views. 2 minutes drive to the shopping center, 15 minutes walk through forest to the beautiful old town of Monschau . Barbecue and berth on the lawn is available. Horses and dogs can be brought along. Forest gorges, deep valleys, narcissus meadows, Eifel National Park and the magnificent Hohes Venn bog, as well as the famous Rursee region are all located all around; a paradise for hikers.

Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Eifelloft21 stands above the charming small village of Hammer. It is renovated but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on about 50 sqm. Through the open living concept you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the toilet is separated with a door. From the living room with open kitchen and cooking island you enter the balcony. The Rursee, Hohe Venn and beautiful Monschau are just a stone's throw away.

The place has been completely redone to give you all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. New(2019), cozy 54sqm apartment (“MonCIAO”) in the beautiful Eifel with fantastic panorama. 5 minutes from the historic old town of Monschau. For my guests, there is 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so that max 4 guests have room. Breakfast can be enjoyed from the semi-covered terrace with a magnificent view of our garden and fields/meadows/forest.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
