Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Butts County

The description was accurate to what we encountered. I loved the personal touches, such as candles around the place. We had a family of 6, parents, in-laws, 2 teens. TVs in all rooms but only living room worked. The others were new and haven’t been set up yet. But that was alright since we loved congregating on the extremely comfortable, cushiony “new” sectional. Plenty of house supplies, but no coffee cups. We had all we needed to cook for 7 days. Close to stores and outlets. There must have been a smoker with last tenants because we could smell it in a bedroom, but it was gone with a couple of days. We needed the home in a hurry since prior BnB was not good at all. Had to immediately leave it. Found Ken’s place in search for a new one, sent an inquiry for same day, he rushed to get his place ready. Outstanding communication and customer service for arranging our stay within such a short notice!!!

Karen's home was beautiful, spacious, cozy and had everything we needed. We were grateful that she welcomes pets and made them feel at home just as much as us! Next time we are in the area, we'd be so happy to stay here again!

Our family has a great vacation here! We caught so many fish, crappie, bass, warmouth, pike, spotted bas too…the fire pit was so nice to unwind at night. The dock and the lake views are amazing and inside the home had everything we needed. A perfect lake house with nice upgrades. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and very spacious. Cold when we arrived so didn't get to fully enjoy the water but would love to come back another time. It's a great spot to relax.

Very peaceful place, beautiful sunsets and sunrises a great way to start and end your day. The screened in back porch was wonderful it made eating dinner watching the sun go down even more enjoyable. The bed was really comfortable I even wrote the host the next day telling them about it 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My daughter and I loved this place for our stay. Co-host Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I've never stayed at an Airbnb this accommodating and helpful! would love to stay again some day.

Ginger's place was exactly the way it was listed. Ginger made the whole process from start to finish really simple. My grandkids loved it so much they said we have to stay there every year when we come to Atlanta. I will definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing time at The Blue Mallard! If you’re looking for a charming lake house that feels like a home away from home, this is the perfect spot. It’s spacious yet cozy, and the layout is great for spending quality time together. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and high-quality linens. The wrap-around deck offered stunning lake views, ideal for morning coffee and stargazing. Having Roku TVs in every room was a huge plus; the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Sarah was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and a helpful guidebook with local recommendations. A couple of minor things: the house is somewhat close to neighbors, and the dirt road had some large puddles, but we managed fine. Overall, The Blue Mallard is a fantastic place for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Sarah!

If we weren’t there for my brother’s memorial service we would have had a great time. The house was clean; there was plenty of space; our hostess was very responsive; and there were plenty of stores nearby.

We were in town for my 1st grandson's babyshower at the Hood Art Center. The home was 3 miles away from the venue. Absolutely beautiful home, quiet and safe neighborhood. The issues I had was addressed to Ralph his response was quick and everything was resolved immediately! We would definitely book this house again. I appreciate that we didn't have to deal with pet hair and a smokey smell. Great stay for the price, if ur on the fence about this property don't be, book and enjoy!

Great HOST and great PLACE! Had so much fun in the pool. We will be back in the future if need be or maybe even a staycation.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and very peaceful. It was clean the host was very responsive. The home had everything we needed. We woke up to amazing sun rises and turtles on the lake. It wasn’t too far from down town Atlanta so we were able to have the best of both worlds also. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has been beyond amazing. After our home flooded and our family had to be disrupted, we were able to walk in and feel right at home. We live local so it has been great. When we got settled, the weight of all the stress we were dealing with just melted away. Mrs. Laura has been amazing and very attentive. We loved this place so much, we extended our stay. With our kids and foster loves plus our pups, the porches having gates and the fence between the house and water has been perfect for our family. My husband and I have a large family and everyone was able to have their own space. Our kids have enjoyed the lake, woods, stairs, and so much more. One of our younger boys even caught his first fish. While on our stay, we unfortunately had a death in the family and it was so nice to have our extended family over to fish and just relax. The scenery and privacy has been so peaceful.

My daughters and I had a fantastic stay at the lake house!! Check-in was easy and the lake is beautiful and serene. We rented ski doos and had an awesome time on the lake. The house is not too far from Covington if you are a Vampire Diaries fan so we also went there. Craig is easy to contact and responds quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 2 nights and didn’t really get to do much but the porch that overlooked the lake was very nice. The host was very responsive when we arrived and needed help with the internet. The house has a few years on it but…so do I. Everything was clean and comfy.
