Holiday rentals in Butuan City

I asked an iron and I was so happy that she personally brought with the ironing pad or "kabayo" No issues of water and the pressure is very fast. As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

It was expensive but it couldn’t have been much better for the Philippines. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly and the view was nice . They even let me shorten the reservation

One of the best stay I have ever had. The rooms were so big but only 6 of us stayed through the night so it was too much so we all slept on the sala because the other 2 two rooms were not in ac. There were also a lot of extra bed foams and this place is cheap. We would definitely go back some time.

The place is peaceful. Rooms are clean. Overall, it’s a good place to stay since it’s very accessible to malls. I would love to book again in my next trip to Butuan.

I had a great time during my second visit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the location. It was like coming home when I returned, which is a testament to how cozy and inviting the place is. The property is immaculately maintained and completely pristine. They have the best hospitality! They answered all of my inquiries with remarkable promptness. I can state with confidence that this is my favorite spot to visit whenever I'm in Butuan because I've been here twice. Whether someone is in the region for business or pleasure, I would highly suggest this establishment. Thank you for another fantastic stay, Reily's! I'm already anticipating my next trip!

A true home away from home! The cozy ambiance made our stay incredibly relaxing. I loved how it's conveniently close to the national highway yet remains a peaceful and quiet retreat. Jerome was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring all our requests were met with warmth and hospitality. Highly recommend!
