I spent a month in Gyan and Simon's boatshed and had the most wonderful time. I slept peacefully with the sound of the waves in the background. I woke up every morning to the birds singing and enjoyed the most incredible sunrises on the beach just four minutes from the house. Endless walks on the beach, through the national park and it's only a stone's throw to the centre of Byron Bay. Everything here has been chosen with love and taste. Delicious organic produce greeted me in the fridge on arrival. The boatshed has everything you need to feel at home. Gyan and Simon are the sweetest and most caring hosts. They gave me as much privacy as I wanted but were always there for me when I needed help. Thanks to their local tips and help with some of the organisation, I was able to explore so much and see the most beautiful places. It was incredible! Leaving this magical place and these beautiful humans was not easy.

Such a beautiful spot within walking distance of Federal village with its cafe, playground and boutique shops. Well stocked kitchen with all the basics plus breakfast items, great bbq, air fryer and coffee machine that was a wonderful addition. Bedroom fans were great and beds comfy. Had a bush walk through to the watering hole for a dip and walk along the stream, and an outside shower when we returned (10/10 recommend!). Saw a kangaroo at dusk down the back of the paddock which the kids absolutely loved... Make sure you get out and enjoy the surrounds as its so special. Would love to visit again!

A beautiful, welcoming & relaxing home. Loved the pool & the open plan, light filled living space. Everything was clean & comfortable. The hosts were very friendly. A great place to chill.

Stayed with my daughter for 3 nights. The cottage is tucked behind the host's house. It is a quiet location away from a street which is very busy when it is a good beach day. The air-conditioning was very welcome. I particularly enjoyed sitting at the outdoor table looking at the garden. It is a short walk to Belongil Beach and a pleasant longer walk along the beach to the Byron Bay township.

The cabin is surrounded by beautiful gardenia, grevillea and citrus trees. The property is a unique blend of manicured gardens, fruit orchard, sections of kitchen garden, a cheerful chicken greenhouse and a working nursery specialising in reforestation. Loved walking around! Much appreciated their sharing of fresh eggs (best Ive had in years). The filtered rainwater for washing and drinking felt lovely & purer than town water. Loved the private garden bath with kookaburra evening soundtrack. Very close to Whian Whian waterhole for natural, fresh water swimming. Near to The Eltham and Channon if you fancy a drink. Great position for all sorts of walks and exploring. Eg the Dam is a short drive, for a pleasant, quiet, gentle stroll with wildlife and v easy paths. Useful brochures inside the cabin. We popped down to the area for a lovely catch up with friends. Marjolein’s place is so peaceful and made a great base for beach days and day trips. I would highly recommend!

What a gorgeous stay in Byron. Enjoyed that this place was a little out of the main town which meant it was quieter and more relaxing. Easy walk to the shops and great cafes/pub. The airbnb was beautiful with thoughtful details, very clean with all necessary amenities. The outdoor bath is a nice touch and great to have fans and aircon. Kirsty was a great host always happy to help.

Perfect little hideaway, easy walk to the centre of Byron and beaches. The studio itself is very private, in a quiet area, immaculately presented and has everything you need. Sue is a wonderful host - sent local recommendations in advance, very friendly, welcoming and approachable - responds quickly to questions. Would definitely book here again.

This place is first class and I highly recommend it. The accommodation is super chic (reminiscent of some of the W Hotels I’ve stayed in). The central Bangalow location means it’s a short walk to markets, coffee and bakeries with plenty of options for dining and cocktails. Alternatively grab a few groceries from the farmers market, hinterland honesty boxes or shops and prep something in the well equipped kitchen. The property overlooks Piccabeen Park which is perfect for yoga or an early morning walk. I found the hosts responsive, helpful, warm and accommodating. They are locals and know all the cool spots if you’re looking for recommendations for anything. I discovered the property is associated with the luxurious Bangalow Wellness Hub, so on my next visit I’m bringing my sister and we’re booking ourselves some treatments! Many thanks to the hosts for a very special and much needed weekend in paradise. I will be back soon!

Just finished our third stay & it was perfect! Stunning, uninterrupted views all the way to Byron Bay. Garry is an incredible host - quick to respond if you need anything. You can relax in the hammock or enjoy an outdoor shower/ mosaic bath! A highlight for sure. Also it’s great that the place is clothing optional; perfect for really feeling free & enjoying the natural surroundings. The peaceful vibe we needed!

What a stunning place, the location is so beautiful and peaceful. The photographs of the accommodation are extremely accurate. The place is well thought out. very pleasing to the eye and very comfortable and clean. There are lovely features like the coffee grinder and fresh beans , the outside shower in the garden, aroma oils, to name a few. You shut the big wooden doors to your garden and you have your private piece of heaven. Melanie and Seb were very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend staying there and would not hesitate to visit again 🌻

Gan Eden retreat was an amazing stay for us. It was absolutely immaculate and such a beautiful space to spend the weekend. Everything was as Shahar said. We went down and used the Kayaks on the creek which was a really nice way to spend the morning. Only 10 mins from Mullumbimby which was nice to visit and go for cafes, restaurants and a few shops. Highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and quiet in a stunning space.

Lovely private studio in a pretty residential area. An easy walk to town and access to beaches. A nice refuge from the busy town. Clear instructions and great amenities. Would recommend.

Peters pace is beautifully located outside of Lismore. Local to all you need by car. I've stayed there a few times and will continue coming back. Reasonable price and really helpful host. See you next time.

My family had a wonderful time at the property and we loved every minute. We had fun having a bbq on the fire pit and loved the large deck. Our dog was welcome and the dog beach is only a few minutes drive. Would definitely come again.

Bei Villa in Byron was perfect for a 1-2 person stay and is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was very private with its own entry, has easy street parking and really loved the overall vibe they have created. Note it is super hot in the peak of summer and gets all day sun, even with the air conditioning cranking on the kitchen level, the bedroom was quite hot for sleeping but the ceiling fan certainly helped.

It felt like I stepped into jungle heaven. The studio was immaculate and polina was a perfect host. highly recommend this place. I had beautiful time meditating in the garden down by the pond it was magic. The Northern rivers area had a power outage while I was there and these guys have back up generator to keep things running. so thoughtful. loved it and will be back

Very happy with our stay at the Bank House Studio. The location is unbeatable if you want to be right in Bangalow town - the studio is right behind the main street but feels a world away due to the dense garden hedges and studio location behind the main house. Communication with the owner and host was very thorough, prompt and proactive on their part. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the beautiful pool and garden! Thank you Joanne and Holly!
