Beautiful condo that is secure, peaceful and with lots of amenities. We love staying here! Vyancka responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Condo is well equipped just like home. Beds and furniture are very comfortable.

Apartment was great, it had everything we needed. Prestine beach is located across the main road and through a beautiful garden. Carmen was wonderfull and extremely accommodating.

Had a great stay- there was a little miscommunication with the driver who took me directly to the condo instead of the check in area but once we got is sorted out everything was great - would definitely rent again- Thanks

I was amazed and delighted at the elegance of the place, both the apartment and the grounds with its fabulous swimming pool. I was impressed with the level of building security and had no concerns sleeping with my windows open. I did not use the air conditioning as the ceiling fans were sufficient for me. That kept the electrical bill down, which ended up being quite modest. The kitchen was very well outfitted; there was a tv in the living room and in bedroom, along with a safe The location was ideal: very central but quiet with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Without doubt, I would look to stay there again. I loved the place and appreciated the hostess' warm reception and availability throughout my stay. 5 stars!

The place is simply amazing! I went with a group of friends and it was wonderful!

The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

Everything was so nice and flexible. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They helped me stay for a month, which was great. Great pool and bbq area. Will definitely come back when I’ll go to the Dominican Republic

Amazing place located right on the beach. The unit is spacious, clean and charming. Its located right by supermarkets, restaurants and close enough to enjoy the nightlife, and far enough to enjoy the serene peace and sound of the waves. By far one of my fav stays on Airbnb.

Hotel is right on Pedro Clisante so there is a lot to do within walking distance. The bar downstairs is really nice and the bartenders are friendly. Room was also very spacious and had a nice view of the pool.

Amazing place, cozy and perfect for a cozy place to stay away from the noise of main streets. It’s quiet and clean but still a very close walk to any activities. Great place!

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.

We had an amazing stay, the team was extremely responsive and this is a place I would def consider coming back.

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

Daret was a very accommodating host. We had booked a room on the ground floor and because it was too dark for me I had asked for another room. A few minutes later, she offered us an alternative and we even had a balcony overlooking the sea at no extra charge! I'm very grateful for that. The room had everything you could ever need. Kitchen as well as fridge and espresso machine. The bathroom and shower are great and there was a hair dryer. The only thing you need to know is that the property is on the street and it can be noisy at night due to the vehicles. Otherwise, you are directly at the sea. There is a beautiful beach right outside the door. In addition, you can also eat delicious food at Daret's place. We are more than happy to recommend.

Edwin was great host, he was very responsive when we needed him and gave us all sorts of recommendations. It was a pleasure to meet him and will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for having us!
