Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

This place accomodated our family of 4 very well. The home was extremely spacious, clean and accurately described. The beds were also extremely comfortable and made for great rest after a full day of adventures. The host was responsive and have plenty of recommendations if things to do in the area. We had a wonderful time and will definitely look to book again in the future!

The was my second stay and it was just as enjoyable and peaceful as the last stay. I highly recommend as long as you don’t come on the days I need the unit :-).

Terrell was very responsive to our questions! There was a cool app for getting into the building, and after initially having some trouble figuring out which door was which, it was super easy to use. Parking on the street is free, but you may want to uber so as to not give up your prime spot! All in all a very pleasant stay in a cool building!

During my work trip to Charlotte, I had a fantastic stay at Rodney's condo. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfectly suited to my needs. One of the highlights was winding down after a busy day by curling up on the cozy couch with a good book—it felt like a home away from home. Rodney was highly responsive and made the entire process seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was a great find close to many walkable amenities that Charlotte has to offer. The place was clean and comfortable and the host was extremely responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place while exploring downtown Charlotte.

It was the perfect pinch of peace and serenity blended with the heart of the city’s nightlights at full view. I was enamored with the cleanliness. The Rain shower was everything! The decor was regal with simplicity and created the perfect ambience for everything R&R! The coffee bar was also a warm touch. Again, thank you so much for an excellent experience. Accommodations were clean and within walking distance to Spectrum Center.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our needs, clean and decorated very nice! Loved visiting the farm animals on the property! The hosts Grayllie and Michael were very responsive. We plan to stay again!

I recently stayed at AI’s Airbnb while relocating for work and preparing to close on my house. The experience couldn’t have been better! The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a smooth transition. AI was an outstanding host, always responsive and attentive, going out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Bob is an outstanding host. HIGHLY responsive and helpful. If you're staying in the Charlotte area, there's really no sense in staying anywhere else. I was reluctant to leave this review because I don't want it to always be booked when I visit my family in Charlotte but I guess I'll be unselfish and encourage others to enjoy! Thank you so much, Bob. And apologize for the broken fixtures on the table. My son broke them when we were playing pool on accident.

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

Comfortable place to stay, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the shared bathroom was always clean. Would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at George’s Blue house. It’s well set up in the kitchen. George was very responsive to all my questions and understanding of my situation. I appreciated being able to make a pot roast with his appliances and the shelf in the fridge to store my leftovers. The living room is comfortable and the tv is huge. The bedroom was comfortable and neat. I truly appreciated this home away from home during our renovation.
