Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

Naomi’s place was very clean & smelled so good. It was peaceful and quiet during our stay. She was very responsive when I had questions or needed help. I would definitely stay at Naomi’s place again ❤️

Clean, good location, it’s an apartment so a smaller space but good for a solo traveler or a couple, the apartment building is nice and modern, was able to find free street parking when arriving on a Friday evening just had to drive a little further down the road

We stayed here for a wedding. It was the perfect space for my family of 6 adults. The 4 sinks with mirrors outside of the bathroom space was a huge perk for the 4 of us girls to each have a space to get ready! The apartment was spacious. The location was within walking distance of the venue, Mint Museum, and lots of restaurant choices. Parking was off street and secure. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte. The listing was accurate. Comfortable bed, spanking clean bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Ricardo is friendly, helpful, responsive and it had been a fuss free stay - and almost like a second home away from home.

Linda was very gracious with our last minute booking and variable needs. We had a daughter in the hospital and had to rush to Charlotte to be with her. Linda's place was perfect for our needs and very quiet and nice.

Of all the shared houses I’ve stayed at this is probably the cleanest. Has part to do with what other guests are staying there but the hosts do a great job of keeping this place clean! Especially the kitchen which is typically problematic in a lot of shared spaces. Al was a great communicator and always quick to respond. Great value and location as well. Highly recommend and will look to book again next time in Charlotte

Bob is an outstanding host. HIGHLY responsive and helpful. If you're staying in the Charlotte area, there's really no sense in staying anywhere else. I was reluctant to leave this review because I don't want it to always be booked when I visit my family in Charlotte but I guess I'll be unselfish and encourage others to enjoy! Thank you so much, Bob. And apologize for the broken fixtures on the table. My son broke them when we were playing pool on accident.

My stay was great quite private location able to bring my two dogs clean in and out only one complaint add an antenna to the TV so you can get local channels

It's a perfect place to stay overnight or over the weekend. I wouldn't recommend longer than that. It definitely was what it described, but could be a little cleaner. Overall I definitely would stay there again
