The place is excellent, exactly as in photos and description, as well as having the necessary basic utensils. Excellent location, clean and organized environments, quiet and safe condominium. My family felt at home!! And the Osvaldo always available, cordial and attentive in the answers. Anyway, our stay was wonderful. We hope to return!!

Our stay was excellent. Apt very clean and organized. City exceeded our expectations. Complete household utensils. Free and covered garage. Cable TV in the living room and in the suite. Two bathrooms, ceiling fan in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms. And a lot of whim in the details and decoration. We felt at home. Super recommend him.

Beautiful apartment, 4 blocks from the beach. There is everything less than a block, bakery, super, pizzeria, coffee shop, etc. The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and clean. We would go back to the same apartment

From check in to Check out, everything went perfectly quiet. Well before the check in time (2 pm), Sergio sent me a message saying that the apartment was already available, it was very attentive. My family liked the apartment a lot, it has a large balcony and all protected with screen! very safe, great for families with children. I chose this fit by the location, has super market, stations, pharmacies, restaurants all near and is close to the road that goes to Arraial do Cabo and near the center of Cabo Frio.

The apartment has a family, a couple and up to three children well. It has a mattress, in case it is necessary to house anyone else. Pleasant condominium. It is very close to the beach and there are nearby food options, for those who do not want to go to the Búzios Center. I recommend it!

Excellent apartment with all the amenities, the location was very good with proximity to the center of buzios a few meters away. Close to the main avenues to be able to move on the transfers or buses to different beaches of the city.

Exceptional location. Only cross the fair and the beach is in front of you. At night has everything you can imagine to eat at the feirinha. Just go down and choose.

The flat is very comfortable and clean!! Qdo arrived, it was super smelling. Various utensils in the kitchen, very comfortable beds and sofa. Only few details to improve, such as the water filter, which hardly came out of water and the bathroom sand, which was difficult to open, by the broken pedal…, but it was just that! We were very well received by the staff of the reception, the house is very functional. Very comfortable. Privileged location close to Geribá Beach, and next to the condominium there is a grocery store that has everything. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

Everything is great!

I enjoyed the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to expedite it is better to drive there. The location is great as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. On the day we went the apartment was without internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so this was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, the night when we arrived in the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from mobile to TV. And Jorginho (janitor) is super polite and always helped us when needed, especially in this issue of Internet/check in and check out. The apt has potential, it is large, accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we miss utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses,pots) In addition,expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

The great apartment for the family, condominium with a lot of leisure option next to the club and a very quiet space. We were in family and the apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms was perfect and all utensils in excellent condition. The differential was the split available in the living room with the kitchen. It may sound silly, but in the summer in Rio de Janeiro, having a few meals with proper refrigeration is excellent. The location is perfect and you can walk to Geribá beach, restaurants and even to the beach of the horseshoe (1 to 2km walk to Geribá beach). Since the beginning of the reservation, Alexandra has always been attentive in meeting our demands. we had extraordinary days!

Luiza was a great host, we had a bedding issue and she promptly resolved. It was super flexible with our check in and checkout. Which helps too much when we travel with children. The apto is in a secure condominium near the Cabo Frio channel. It has a playground and swimming pool. We only miss air conditioning in the living room where the sofa bed is located. As had mats available our children slept in the room with us on the air condition. Another note is that it does not have a water filter to drink. Then bring a bottle of mineral water.

The house is very beautiful, spacious and airy, in addition to being in a very quiet and family condominium. Very close to the beach, which is great for those who like to leave the car in the garage. José Paulo and the staff of the condominium were always very helpful with us. We look forward to returning soon!
