This STUDIO is classified 3 Stars which means a cheaper tourist tax and for 2 persons. The best location for visiting Paris, with many common transportation, subway or buses. This quiet studio is located in a pleasant lively district on the 16th floor of a luxury building with 4 elevators and is very quiet. 24 hour security. There are nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. Large, pleasant and spacious studio, 334 square feet, (31 m2), in a chic district of Paris, the 15th Arrondissement.

Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.

Charming fully equipped apartment, well located in a quiet area. Several subways/buses, shops, restaurants. Clear, bright and calm. It has all the necessary comforts for a family of 4. It consists of an entrance, a bright living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building without elevator. Towels and towels are provided. High quality bedding.

Large surface area of 52m2 with connecting rooms: - a bedroom with double bed - a large living-dining room with large windows. Bathroom with bathtub.
