Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caddo Parish

Ok. I travel alot. I stay in alot of Air BnB's and this was by far my absolute favorite place. The decor is sooooooooo cool! I love how they styled it!! The comfort- That bed is more comfortable than my own at home and I am a sleep snob. The sheets, the room, the everything! The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed plus some. The coffee maker was my best friend too! I honestly can say everything about this place was perfect and I most definitely will be staying here again!

This was our third booking in the area. The property was worth the price and Jo was very helpful throughout the stay. This was a business trip and we required minimal hassles throughout the stay when we book an AirBnB. Jo's place met every aspect of our requirements. So much I'm hesitant to list them here b/c someone might book her place when I need it next time! Do it! Don't hesitate, we're certainly happy.

I was visiting my family during Holiday block leave from Alaska and Mr. Kurvis was very professional and worked with me with my extended stay here in Shreveport. The air bnb was beautiful from the smallest details! He’s very responsive and respectful. Will definitely be booking again the next time I come home.

Great place to stay

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

We loved our stay! The aesthetic was gorgeous, with a space both open and inviting. Everything was clean, neat, and organized when we arrived, and we appreciated all the thoughtful extras! James checked on us at every stage of our stay, and his attentive and friendly demeanor made us feel even more welcome. Favorites: the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location is ideal for fun things to do downtown or right across the bridge! Highly recommend!

The water pressure and hot water was point on with a house of 10 folks. There was enough space for the young adults to talk amongst themselves without being with the older ones. Yet enough space between the kitchen/dining and living room for us to still fellowship together. The neighborhood was quiet enough and close enough to whatever we had planned.

We were in town for work and this place was a great to be able to come back to at the end of the day to relax and rest.

We had a great weekend. The location was central to just about anything v you wanted to do!

My family stayed here for one of my sons wrestling tournaments! It was absolutely beautiful. Woke up with the most beautiful sunrise, with pelicans swimming right outside the window! Everything felt clean and cozy!

House was very clean and perfect for our group of 8. Would definitely stay here again. If I were to say anything to could be changed, it would be offer better toilet paper. I know this is a crazy request, but good toilet paper doesn’t cost that much more. Nothing worse than cheap toilet paper.

This location was perfect for my needs. It was about a 15 minute drive to Shreveport and located in a quiet little condominium neighborhood. Due to lots of unexpected weather, Sage and I communicated frequently, and she and her husband were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful! The property itself was wonderfully decorated, and the outside patio was great for my cat! As a solo female traveler I felt safe here.

We had an amazing experience at Leon and Dixie's beautiful Airbnb studio condo! The space was absolutely gorgeous, roomy, and the decor perfectly blended modern style with the historic charm of the building. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the detailed instructions provided for check-in, which made the process seamless. Quiet place tucked in a gated community. Close to LSUS. Stayed for two month while finishing off a semester. Very nice place and relaxing.

This was a lovely place to stay. The apartment is quiet and very clean.. I slept great which is very important to me. The complex is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. It’s a very peaceful place to stay. I’ve been working in the area for two years and we have rented units in this complex several times and will continue booking stays here.
