Holiday rentals with beach access in Cafeiere

Very nice first experience in Guadeloupe. Noémie was very accommodating and the accommodation has a superb sea view. Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay here, it was the perfect location for us by the beach and near to where our family were staying.

Personalized and flexible in-person welcome for explanations and key exchange. The accommodation is comfortable, inviting, well equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, hob and all for cooking. The site is aging but the maintenance on the lawn, coconut trees and leaves is done. For the rest, the site of an old hotel is a little left to itself. Presence of a bar and restaurant with some 2-3 small shops. The beach is beautiful with sun loungers (sunbed) and the same for the pool. Les Raisins Clairs beach is a walking distance on the beach of about 15 mins. Danielle welcomed us very warmly, was available and responsive during our interactions. Nice stay in St François! P.s: Take into consideration the water outages in the evening in the area but the host has a system of a water reserve to take a small shower and also, another small water reserve with water bottle, very ingenious and convenient!

Everything was as expected, very representative photos of the accommodation. Small downside , the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was fair but out of control of the hosts. Several restaurants and shops easily accessible on foot, on the other hand as it is located in front of the ferry terminal, the parking is very saturated but during our car outings we managed to find a place near the accommodation anyway. Buffer tank a plus. We had a lovely week there.

The accommodation is with your feet in the water the pool just in front of very clean and tidy A/C fan mosquito fresh water, Bernita welcomed us very warmly. Quiet peaceful place recharging the fish in the water etc. 15 minutes walk from the village. Wonderful refreshing stay.

Two bedroom creole home with patio and garden. Well functioning air conditioner. Beds we’re comfortable. Safe neighborhood. 5 minute drive to Port Louis beach. Host was friendly and was quick to respond requests. Only thing was there was no hot water but we weren’t too bothered by it as days were hot after coming home from a long day at the beach. We had a nice time.

Very nice terrace out of sight. Comfortable rooms and bedding. Easy parking at the door. Easy contacts with Rosalie and immediate feedback.

We loved our stay. The place is spacious, clean and with the most amazing view. We could have spent all day looking at the changing colors of the sea. It’s a very quiet and safe place, and the nearby bakery and burger/pizza place was amazing. It was very easy connecting with the host the entire time, and they do all they can to give you a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend this gem of a place.

The accommodation (ideal for 4 people) is very clean, with everything you need and 2 minutes walk from a paradisiacal beach, very quiet. A great little trail leads to Grande Anse beach. In short, everything was perfect during our stay. Thanks to Franck, we can't wait to come back.

Great place, good location across the street from the Pierre and holidays. Beautiful pool (a little cool compared to the outside temperature). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect ( attention toilet in bathroom so in room). Between Ste Anne and St François. quiet area. A small kitchen base (salt pepper spices, washing machine tablet and dishes). Nickel linens. we'll be back

Perfect location to discover great land. Quiet residence near Saint Anne and Saint Francois. The most being the access to the sea and the swimming pool in our almost private case. Well equipped, clean and functional apartment we were two adults. We recommend this location 🤩

Daniele was very kind from the beginning and greeted me with a drink in the Caribbean atmosphere. I immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed the comfortable apartment with the direct view of the sea, the beach and the well-kept garden during the entire stay. The special thing is, at the same time the peace and seclusion towards the sea, while the restaurants and bars are within walking distance in a few minutes. If I had the opportunity, I would spend the whole winter here. Definitely will come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality

Top-notch stay in this apartment The bedding is very comfortable and the meals taken on the terrace with direct sea views will remain unforgettable If I went back to Guadeloupe I would go here. Big advantage also is that you avoid traffic jams if you leave in the morning since the other cars go mainly against it that you go to any corner of the island Same for evening return

Excellent stay at Célia. There is nothing missing in this apartment which is really very beautiful and comfortable. the amenities are really great! Pleasantly surprised by the bottle of water and the fresh beers waiting for us upon arrival. Célia is very responsive and does her best to make us feel comfortable.

Magali is a very friendly host, we received all the explanations about the accommodation as well as about the village, recommendations of beaches, restaurants, … A small basket provided with fruits and a beautiful flower. This one is beautiful and the view is splendid. Everything was perfect and very clean. I definitely recommend this place and I'll come back to it, for sure 😊

Accommodation on the ground floor, ideal for couples with children. Air conditioning present in the 2 bedrooms. Beautiful residence with 2 swimming pools and local shops in case of need (grocery store, bakery, restaurant, hairdresser, care center,...). Beach access without a car and all amenities are close by. Very good stay, we would highly recommend. Thanks to Joelle who gave us the opportunity to check out late with our baby it was very appreciated.

We stayed here for 3 days during a tour of the island and I have to say everything perfectly as described even better, cleanliness order nothing left to chance, one of these places that stay in your heart like the island. I highly recommend if you go to Guadeloupe to stay here that if you don't want to move to the beach there is a pool

Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems.
