We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

It is located 20 minutes from COTA and a mere 30 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. This a great 2 bedroom 3 bath town home 2 min from downtown Lockhart It has a beautiful kitchen and cozy living room and dining room. Very Spacious. The bedrooms are large with closets in each and 2 bathrooms upstairs with 1/2 bath downstairs. The Kitchen has everything you need including a double oven and a microwave. Also a washer and dryer. 3 tv's with Spectrum, netflix and movies for the DVD. Hi Speed WIFI. No Parties Allowed. Quiet time 10pm-9am 30 min to Austin.

Small Town Studio Escape 1/2 mi from river

Welcome to small town living in Prairie Lea. The unit is a garage apartment with its own private entrance and a code lock. The unit does not have a kitchen but does have a coffee bar for your morning pick me up. We are only half a mile from the San Marcos river where you can take your own tubes. We are also very close to many popular tube rental companies! POOL HAS SHARED ACCESS WITH HOMEOWNER.

Quaint home in a clean and quiet h.o.a. manufactured home neighborhood. Located within 8 miles of TX. State University, 13 miles north of the San Marcos Outlet stores and 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing and Schlitterbahn water park. Suitable for 4 adults, and two vehicles. This is a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!
