The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

We had an excellent experience at Tamara's place. The depto overlooks the spectacular ocean from the 21st floor. The building and the carport are very safe. The kitchen is very complete. You can go to the beach in Reñana sector 5 to 15 min walk, the climb back can be a little tiring but we did it every day without any problem. We'll be back !!!

The apartment had all the needs to make everything and everything very clean and tidy. What we liked the most was that they had things for the dogs.

Victor's house is wonderful, much better than what you see in the photos, which are apparently a little older. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need to have fun and rest. Very friendly and concerned hosts. Our only observation is that on the other side of the gazebo there is a large hill of horse manure, so the smell is not pleasant when barbecuing, and there are usually many flies. We also suggest adding a clothesline. The place is completely closed and fenced, very safe for our dog. We will definitely be back, 100% recommended.

Impeccable apartment in every aspect. The location. Very close to a nice beach. Easy access by car with entry and exit security measures. Entry to the property is made self-contained with electronic lock. Communication with the host was smooth, accurate, and immediate. The apartment itself is very nice, according to the description, illuminated, modern, clean and with beautiful views of the city. It has double curtains and black out in all environments. It is provided with modern and functional appliances; equally of all Accessories needed. The garage, one of the widest and most comfortable ones I met; easy access to the vehicle. Top choice in Viña del Mar.

Our stay at this cabin was excellent. Located in a very quiet and easy to find area, perfect for getting away from the routine. We stayed almost a week and had no issues whatsoever. The patio is spacious and pleasant, surrounded by abundant greenery, making it an ideal place to relax. Also, just two blocks away there is a business where you can find everything you need, and the cabin is close to the beautiful Playa de los Enamorados and the mysterious Pirate Cave. It's the perfect place to enjoy the day, whether it's resting by the tinaja or exploring the vicinity. Andrés was a very attentive host and was always available to help us. We definitely recommend this cabin for those looking to disconnect and enjoy nature.

I had a very good experience in the lodge of the Laguna Verde beach. From the first moment, the lady who leased it was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The cabin was fully stocked and we didn't lack anything. The location is good and completely rural, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Thank you for everything!"

Super good experience. The apartment is in a good location, close to the terminal, the mall and steps from downtown. Carla was a very good host, very worried, friendly and nice. I would definitely stay here if I go back to Viña.
