This rustic lakeside home boasts 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, and an upstairs bonus room. An ideal base to explore Martin, just 3.5 miles from city limits of Martin. To relax, try the surround jets in the master shower or soak in the jetted whirlpool tub. Ideal for a family or a large group. We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

Cabin 3 Fish Island Resort

Clean and comfortable is our highest goal and this cabin will not disappoint. Two twin beds in 1 br and a full and a twin in the other br. Sofa has a pull out twin bed. Full kitchen. Small convenience store on site sells Hunt Brothers pizza, deli sandwiches, bait, gas, ice, beer, etc. Owners live on the property and strive to make sure your stay is perfect. We hunt, fish, hike, golf, mountain bike, kayak, and boat. Our decades of experience will help you plan your next adventure.

Lakeside Cabin - Sleeps 20

Beautiful Log Cabin on a 2 Acre waterfront lot, the backyard slopes gently to the water. Easy access to the water & boat dock for kayaking, swimming, etc. Bring your boat and use our dock. You can drive down close to the water's edge making it ideal for those having difficulty walking down steep slopes. The cabin has 4 bed rm (1K, 2Q, 4T), loft has 3 T & F size futon. TV rm has Q pull out and 3 foldout T. 3 full baths & Laundry. We recently slept 22 at our family reunion.

We are located minutes from awesome fishing, Turkey bay, Lake Barkley Marina, golf, and hunting. If that’s not for you bring your bike and running shoes, numerous trails and biking areas available. There is a boat ramp within 1-2 miles from cabin. Plenty of room to park boat and trailers. No Pets.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a pet fee.

A Peace of Paris is a cute, cozy A-frame house just down the road (150 yards) from Kentucky Lake and a rocked boat ramp. It's minutes from Paris Landing State Park and Big Eagle Campground, where you can launch your boat. We are part of a lake community where people can't wait to get on the water! New master suite added March 2022 includes a king size bedroom, laundry and full bathroom. A favorite is the screened, heated gazebo where you can enjoy the outdoors.
