Unit 2925 Tower 1 was another great unit of Cozy Home. The hosts Kuya Joey and Jan were quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. Their staff were friendly too. They made me feel at home once again. Unit was clean (they clean their unit weekly); it was bug free. This place and their other unit are highly recommendable. I’d consider their units again if available when I come back. Thank you K Joey and Jan!

We had a good stay in Jenalyn's place. It has everything we need, kitchen, fast internet, TV with netflix and a free parking space, plus the place is very clean and cozy. The location was also perfect for us as it is few minutes away from my work place, there's also a park nearby. Jenalyn was also a great host and very responsive whenever we have inquiries or questions. We'll definitely book this place again when we need a place to stay near my workplace. Highly recommended!

Emmanuel is outstanding- overall. Great Host inspite of his busy schedule. In my opinion, Fame Residences is more relaxed than Light Residences.

Our stay here was so comfortable. The place comes with basic cooking utensils as said in the description. Ma'am Cristina was also responsive which is what I really appreciate. Though, water is not provided so you should bring your own. The electrical outlets are also one of our issue since it is not very accessible, most especially on the upper bed, good thing there's as extension available. Would still highly recommend the place.

over all it's clean but you can see some few tiny cockroaches which is normal as per other residents. its a cozy place to stay feels like home and the owner is very responsive to your queries. there will be few additional charges if you take more than 25 days like the internet, water and electric bill (still waiting for our additional charges i hope it wont be that high) but discount was already applied since we took more than 25 days. also if your itineraries are just around the corner its very accessible to all just expect traffic especially during rush hours.

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind and very accomodating. The place is clean and big. It's quiet and it's nice to relax. The room is big and there are many beds. It's really nice in their place, it's cold especially at night. Malakas ang starlink 😊Thank you for welcoming us.

Great place to stay, but most importantly, the host was very accommodating to our requests and very responsive!

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Everything was clean and working fine. My personal preference bed was springy.

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

We had a great stay at Randal's place.. We enjoyed the view from the balcony especially at night. My daughter said it was "New York vibes :) I love the smell of the clean home. Pool use is free. Paolo, one of the hosts is a very pleasant person. This is a highly recommended place to stay. We would consider booking this again whenever we have plans to visit around MOA.

Good location. Nearby stores and just a walk away from my family’s residence. Accommodating and responsive host. Guards and crew are nice and friendly. I am very thankful when Ms Peach accept our reservation in a short notice at the Tempus cafe at 6th floor for our family christmas dinner. Overall it’s a great place and stay. Nice view and quiet place. You can walk around the area safely even at night. I can recommend it to my friends and families. I will book again. Thank you to our hosts!!

Hassle-free stay, host is very accommodating, the place is picturesque and cozy.

This place is highly recommended for those who have an event near SM North EDSA. There is a connecting bridge with security guards, so it is safe to go home from the mall even during late hours. There is also a convenience store just infront of the building. And one thing I like was the mini pantry inside the room. Though I was not able to utilize it because I was just staying for a short time, it was a nice gesture from the host! An instruction on how to pay for the foods and drinks was provided. The room was spotless clean too and amenities were provided. I was just hoping that the hairdryer was working though. But it was nothing to be concerned of. Overall, it was a great stay! I would definitely book again for future events.

I highly recommend this airbnb. The room was small as seen in the photos but it was decorated to make it feel spacious and it does not feel small at all, honestly. I like the place because I know for sure they properly maintained the place. The water pressure was great, the bathroom was squeaky clean & the sheets are new. The wifi was fast so I can work without hassle. I suggest to follow the maximum number of guests for this room. I will definitely be booking this room again if I am to visit the area again. Plus the host is very responsive.
