Lidia is an exceptional, charming and very friendly host. The home is in perfect condition and fully conforms to the description. In the surroundings there is the possibility of parking and all the basic amenities. We felt as if we were at home, we will definitely go back again.

Flat is very clean and bright. Convenient location. Isabel is very friendly and responsive. Soundproofing in the building is not so great, so there might be some noise from the neighbours. In spite of that, flat is an awesome find.

The place was great, the beds were very comfortable, we had a good rest, with a double bed and two singles. No noise which allowed us to sleep very well. The attentive host, we asked if he had a clothes iron and he answered us at the moment that he did. Just below I had one MORE supermarket to buy. The perfect location. Highly recommended

The apartment looked like the pictures, very fresh the apartment. Nothing was missing in the apartment. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Patricia as a host was very accommodating, responded quickly to questions and helped if you needed anything . Highly recommend Patricia as a host and her apartment.

The accommodation fully meets expectations. It's super comfortable and nice. Very well decorated, the muebeles are top quality, modern. We've been very comfortable. Every time we go to Sevilla we will take it very much into account since for location and features it is perfect. Apart, Isabel is a very friendly, polite and caring host. She was very easy to communicate with.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Comfortable and quiet house just minutes from downtown Seville.

My family and I went during holy week, 2025 and Daniel and his wife or spectacular. Daniel gave us a full tour and his wife gave us wonderful details of how to watch the processions. Everything was wonderful. I loved our stay I definite recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s place! Looks exactly like the photos and the family were very helpful and kind. No complaints whatsoever!! In terms of location, having a car would be really helpful but not needed. The bus and Uber’s are available but know it can sometimes take a while for an Uber. All in all def recommend if you’re looking to stay in outside of the tourist areas in a quiet neighborhood.

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

Massive villa, was beautiful. Very comfortable, approx €14 Uber into centre. Lovely pool and fully stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for groups or big families.

Great house in Gelves, clean, spacious. 5 minutes by car from the metro and close to shops. We had a great week. Everything matched the description of the house. Our hosts were very responsive.

Rafael is a super friendly and supportive host! We booked his flat last minute at the same day and he made it possible to meet us for check-in within 1 hour. This was super because we had a little one traveling with us. He greeted us personally and showed us all the way into the garage and the flat. Also, the recommendations of restaurants were absolutely welcomed! He even supported us as we had to see a doctor in the middle of the night. I can really recommend a stay with Rafael and will be back at his, once we are traveling to Sevilla again!

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

Well equipped, quiet appartment, near grocery store, 15 minutes to city center. Alicia was utmost friendly, promt communication, which helped us to enjoy our stay in Sevilla. Janez

Very quiet and spacious accommodation, as advertised. Very bright and not overlooked. It is in the city center of Seville, near an urban bus station, which was important to us. Quiet street, with supermarkets and nice bars. The only negative point is that the fridge was making a lot of noise. If you sleep in the living room, it's annoying. You can't hear it from the bedroom.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

We were delighted with our stay at Jose's place, it was perfect for our trip to Seville with our six month old baby. It is right by Setas de Sevilla and we could walk everywhere we wished to go!

We’ve been traveling through Europe for three weeks, and this was hands-down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in — not just in Spain, but across the whole trip. The location is perfect — right between old and new Seville, so it’s easy to explore both sides of the city. The space itself is beautiful: a historic building that’s been tastefully updated to feel modern, clean, and super comfortable. Great AC, strong Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water, and a spacious living area with comfy couches. Our host was fantastic — great communication, super responsive and even met us for a smooth check-in despite our late arrival. He also gave us some solid local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. The only small hiccup was that the washing machine wasn’t working during our visit, but the host was upfront about it and already had the part on the way — very apologetic and transparent, which we appreciated. Overall, an amazing stay. Would absolutely love to come back!
