I recommend the house. It is worth the cost/benefit, at least for large groups (10 people or more). The house is very comfortable, safe, good location, and the host always ready to help with any unforeseen events. Furniture and household utensils are well-maintained and clean. For our group it was worth it.

The stay was excellent, the house is very comfortable and welcoming, it makes you feel as if it were your home, everything is very complete both the kitchen and the other services it includes, excellent stay at a great price.

The house is a block and a half from the beach of Zimbabwe, one of the quietest in the region. The sea is beautiful and very calm. The house is amazing, cool and air-conditioned in every room, perfect for families who want to enjoy the common space - with a great pool, barbecue and pizza oven. Bed and bath linen, kitchen accessories, float, beach chair, umbrella… the house offers several items that oversimplify what you need to take on the trip. Francisco was very attentive and quick in response. We recommend and will be back!

Silvio and Adriana were wonderful at everything. The excellent, well-maintained and organized house. Next market, bakery, and butcher shop. Hosts have always been attentive and responded when we need to. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed for 4 days, quiet place, very comfortable, air-conditioning working very well, catered to the listing's descriptions. Our only problem was the bugs, as I have an allergic baby, but other than that it's perfect!!! That which he used repellent and in the house also had poison for insects, but still, the mosquitoes found him! But it's things that have children, you know! The rest all wonderful, very well equipped home!

Well located, well-equipped and cozy apartment. The building is very well frequented, has a mini market on the ground floor and 2 others right next to the building, a bakery in front and another on the corner. Pharmacy, fitness center, restaurants…all next door. The garage is easy to access and easy to maneuver. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. You've accommodated us super well. A few hours after our arrival there was a heavy rain where much of the state was affected. We only heard about what happened and the gravity after we went out for a walk. The street in front of the building (being taller) did not suffer from the flooding, so we had easy access to the market, bakery, etc… and we had no loss or difficulty in our activities.

Highlight Marite's kindness and willingness to answer questions. The dpto is as in the photos wide, comfortable, equipped with all necessary. You feel at home but 100 meters from the sea!

Favorable place for those visiting nearby beaches in relation to traffic. Place with peace and calm.

The penthouse is wonderful, exactly as in the photos of the ad, the location is perfect is just to cross the street and is standing on the sand of the beach in the center of bombs. The surrounding area has bakery, ice cream, restaurants, fruit, market, pizzeria, pharmacies, beach clothes shops, all close to the same avenue as the roof. Access to the penthouse is by elevator and optional by ladder, very easy to go up and down. Bernara is a great host, even though she was in a moment that she underwent surgery attended us in everything and left everything prepared for us, including Sun guard, chairs, children's board and bucket of toys, everything we needed to have at our fingertips. It has everything in kitchen utensils, which we even cook a lot. Móveis are new, very comfortable couch, there is TV in the living room, in the kitchen and in the bedroom suite. Not to mention that the decoration is beautiful, we spend incredible days provided for the comfort and convenience we had, all my family loved. Congratulations Bernara and thank you.

Guilherme was a great host. From when we got there until we got there until we left. The apartment was in very good condition. Clean and tidy. The safe and quiet area for rest. Nice area if you prefer to rest from the chaos of Camboriu. We would definitely come back !!! Also close to beautiful beaches like laranheiras and staleirao. Super recommended!!!! No doubt!

our 5-day stay was great. only the 3 bedroom we do not use because of the air conditioning noise. good location. we will return if we have the opportunity.

The best holidays that we could have ... very nice TD, place note 1000, close to everything, super clean, the sheets were very smelling, swimming pool always clean... we love, heart was tight when it was time to leave, with the certainty that we will be back soon. With respect to the host, Mr. Fábio is very cordial, an adjective that cannot be missed in a host.... thank you very much for everything Mr. Fábio...soon we will be back
