The apartment is splendid, right in the center of Arras , bright, large, very well organized and decorated. It's a pleasure to stay and has all the furniture and amenities you need to come with a baby. Marie Claude was adorable with us, very accommodating, and friendly. Local sweets, chocolates, and beers were waiting for us upon arrival. We'd go back without a second thought

The apartment is absolutely comfortable, very clean and is in the center of St. Amand. Only the steep and narrow entrance stairs could become a problem for some guests. We will be happy to come back!

As a Belgian couple, we are very satisfied with the price-quality ratio. Fast communication/response within minutes and additional tips. Especially the private character of the lodging on the ground floor and guarded parking right by the entrance of the room is an additional plus. (Couple belge : très bon rapport qualité/prix. Communication/réponse rapide, toujours en quelques minutes, conseils supplémentaires. Caractère privé du logement et parking surveillé près de la porte du logement au rez-de-chaussée.)

The place is good for the price. Certainly traces of wear and tear are visible but nothing disturbing! I had a pleasant night in this apartment. Host was responsive and kind! Recommended for a short stay!:)

We had a lovely evening and night at Emilie's! What can I say about the accommodation as well as the private space with a hot tub? We're more than won over! It felt almost at home. The host is very responsive, it's instruction to find accommodation, key, parking was more than perfect we found everything right away . The location is perfect, we have everything nearby. The accommodation is super clean, well-equipped, well arranged and bright. The hot tub, separate from the accommodation is super nice! Many thanks for the decor as well as the breakfast. I'll send the address to my friends and family, and we'll get back to some of them soon. Thanks again 🙏🏼

We had a great stay at Olivier’s. The apartment is located close to the train station and walkable to the main city square. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Olivier was proactive in communication and his instructions to get in were clear and concise. Highly recommend his place.
