Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cambridge

Lovely house, nearly refurbished to high standard. Very comfy beds and pillows. Lovely outside area to sit in the sun. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. Parking was easy at Cambridge Leisure Centre multi storey about 10 minute walk away. Felt safe and secure. Plenty of seating to watch a film. Would stay here again.

Great location, very clean and tidy. Perfect for what we needed. Aaron was very quick at responding to messages. 5* host!

I can only have the warmest and most affectionate words of gratitude and appreciation for Dominik and Eva: They are truly kind, attentive, respectful, helpful, joyful, have the best advice and the best knowledge of the area and are a real anchor in this most charming, modern, well equiped and beautiful home far from home. The area is quiet and ideal for work, creativity and concentration. The natural spaces nearby are relaxing and inspiring and so is the cheerful garden. The neighbourhood has also access to most useful services and establishments. This has been, by far, one of my best Airbnb experience and I recommend this true home in the highsest terms. Great value for money and beautiful house with sun trap garden Will stay again

Myself and partner have just got home from a cheeky 3rd anniversary weekend away with a hidden agenda. The Roundhouse was a great base for our plan’s for visiting Audley End House. Claire was a great host and very responsive to messages. We also had the bonus of a slightly earlier checkin. The house is well equipped for all your needs and the welcome hamper and bottle of wine was great touch. The house has such a charm. The Roundhouse will always be special to us as I used the weekend to propose to my partner Gemma whilst at Audley End House. We will be back for sure.

We stayed for a long weekend to attend a family event nearby. The house was perfect, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and we appreciated the free breakfast. The number of bathrooms/toilets was great for us as a family of 4 plus a grandparent. Location is great, 5 min walk to a massive Tesco, 2 playgrounds and lovely walks within 5 min walk as well. We walked to the River Mill for some drinks and an early meal and it was really nice. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in and we would recommend. Thanks Elizabeth!

We had a great stay! Check-in was simple & the house was easy to find. We had two cars and found there to be plenty of parking on nearby roads. Perfect location to hop on the park & ride and get about Cambridge easily, and the addition of a house cat was just a delight. Thanks!

Extremely accommodating and thoughtful, truly one of the best airbnbs iv been to. Great price range, free parking, simple instructions. The place has covered all bases. Guidebooks and help, simple and idiot proofed. Entry and staying was seamless. Very impressed Paul, 100% id recommend. Positive vibes, clear labels, good water pressure in the shower and homely place. I was visiting family and truly I will come and stay again if Paul will have me!

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Wioletta and Vincenzo’s place. It was lovely, cosy and clean. They were very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to find the apartment, check-in and check out procedures and generally anything else that we needed. The place also has a parking space which was absolutely brilliant! Shops, cafes and pubs are only a 5 minute walk away. Central Cambridge is a 15 minute walk away which is fantastic for exploring the area. There are also a variety of Punting companies only a 10 minute walk away which was one of the highlights of our trip. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to make the most of your time whilst staying in Cambridge. Thanks!

Great stay, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Biggleswade. Cute apartment, has everything you need. Very short walk to many pubs and restaurants. Hayley is very friendly and responsive.

We had a nice one night stay at the apartment. It has everything you need and is spacious. We didn’t see Jack. It is in a very good location and a 7 minute walk from the park and ride bus stop. I would stay there again.

we had a very enjoyable time staying at Jax's apartment . has to be one of the most central accommodations in Cambridge literally a few walk to the centre and at the same time a private and quite setting .. apartment was perfect for out requirements it was also very clean . any questions we had where answered promptly and professional. we will definitely be stating on our next visit

Wonderful stay with lovely owner. Very convenient location and made getting around very easy as someone new to Cambridge. Everything is in walking distance. Many eateries nearby. Spacious and warm - very nice stay. Would definitely stay again!!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

Can’t say anything bad about this place at all. The hosts Rachel and Matt were very helpful and friendly. Offered advice on the area. Also plenty of notes in the property for help in using equipment and more advice about the area for eating and socialising. I stayed with my son who loved it too. We both slept great. Comfy beds. Nice big TV. Lovely kitchen and eating area. Would be more than happy to go back another time.

Amanda's accommodation was exactly as described. Clean & extremely comfortable. We found the flat very easily and all the amenities we close by and very well stocked. Amanda supplied a folder with lots of tips, how to operate appliances and it was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our time in Cambrige and the Park & Ride was great. We will definitely pay Amanda another visit when we plan another up in the area. A very nice apartment with some lovely practical touches.Commication with the host was excellent and the advice provided was good. It was located a little out of Cambridge city for walking purposes but local transport was fine. Overall it was a very enjoyable couple of days.

I absolutely loved Felicity's apartment. The location is great - walkable to everywhere but still very peaceful. A wonderful outdoor terrace. Many personal touches to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again.

Landbeach was amazing! The space felt so private and peaceful - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and really well-kept, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Plus, it was really easy to get into Cambridge city centre, whether by bus or Uber. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.

Clean flat, with a great location. It was a last minute booking and Carlos gave us all the support and was super communicative and attentive to us! I will definitely be back soon.
