This cabin was everything we wanted and more. We only stayed one night and it was incredibly peaceful. Check in was very easy, location was so beautiful, and the hot tub topped it off. Would definitely recommend!

Winnie - Shed

NaynaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Perfect place for a romantic off grid get away. We loved the hot tub although the water level was quite low, only lower chest height so shoulders were cold. The hot tub its self was lovely and hot, heated with a gas bottle. Bed and bedding were so comfortable, cosy and warm. We loved the log burning fire and the hosts very quickly brought us down the logs when asked. The Winnie is situated in a lovely secluded space with a beautiful lake for fishing. We took full advantage of this. The stay was topped off with a wonderful cooked breakfast delivered to our door at 9am, £6.50 so reasonable for a full English. We ate this around our fire pit looking out on the fields. Only thing we were missing was the sugar for the coffee. Batteries in the lights over the bed didn’t work but thats only a small note. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and cant wait to return again. Thank you both for you amazing hospitality.

Wood Cabin with hot tub under the stars

KristinRating, 5 stars8 months ago
John was a great host, he welcomed us and was very friendly and communicated from the start. The lodge is so peaceful, quiet and scenic. The amenities are great, only suggestion would be some light blankets as it gets cold and they would have been nice to sit outside with. We didn't stay long, only 2 nights, would happily have stayed longer and would deffo come again for race days. Lovely local pub 2-3 min walk away the Red Lion, beautiful food and staff were friendly.

Honeybee Lodge

hazelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely lodge lots of bee touches. Clean, bigger than we thought, lovely stay. Felt swimming was expensive, if we had gone twice it would have been 74 pounds. Coming from yorkshire felt that was too much. Llovely walk around site. Went to five bells for tea, very good food. Very relaxing.

Sherwood Farm

SamiraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fantastic stay at Sherwood Farm, it’s even better than the description and pictures. Lovely space with lots of room for a family of 4. Toys and books the kids loved and the garden/ field was huge and they adored it! Had a great takeaway from the Naz in Soham and took the kids to several local national trust properties and Bens yard which has a great coffee shop and adventure play ground. Lovely to have tea and coffee provided in the house. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Huge oven and great facilities to cook. Will definitely do a bbq next time. Cam to Ely to visit family but it felt like a holiday because of this place. Thank you! We will be back.

Tallington Lake Retreat

ElainaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Great little getaway in a lovely park-like location on a beautiful lake. If you like watersports, this is the place for you! (We were in the area to visit family, so we didn’t partake in any water sports). Very well appointed lodge with everything you need. A couple minor issues (eg. couldn’t find a remote) were dealt with quickly. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or family vacation.

Cosy studio barn in picturesque village

JimRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
A simple, bright, spacious and immaculately clean studio in a peaceful setting. The village is quaint with many quiet walks and easy access to Cambridge and Saffron Walden. Elmdon also offers an opportunity to see great examples of the regions vernacular architecture, including thatched roofs, decorative pargeting, flintwork and timber framing. It's evident that hosting means more to Fiona than just money. It was a warming experience and we certainly hope to stay here again when we're back in the area.

Tranquil Waters Cabin

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Great little spot, sad not to be able to swim in the lake but enjoyed the view from the hot tub all the same. The beautiful lodge is 25-35 mins from Stamford where there are lots of lovely restaurants and shops and Rutland Water where we hired bikes for the day and cycled the 17 mile circuit. Stamford also has a Cook, so great and convenient if you are eating in. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but some lovely walks around the lake.

Cosy Cabin in Central Cambridge | Free Parking

MorganRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The location was perfect- about a 15 minute walk to the city centre, and only 5 minutes from a lovely park with great views and ice cream. The place was very clean and comfortable, with board games if you want to test your knowledge. It had great access to parking, whether on the property or on side streets, with easy access to some great bars and restaurants in the area.

Camping Mega Pod (No Pets allowed) 4

Hannah MarieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The pod was clean and comfortable. Very warm considering the flurry of snow outside. Lovely site layout. Onsite shop had everything you needed. Friendly staff manning the office/shop. Importantly the communal toilet and laundry areas were immaculate and warm and smelt very clean and hygienic. A brilliant base to stay and explore the local attractions. Sandringham estate, snettershall and Castle Rising all worth the visit! We will return again in the future.
