We absolutely LOVED staying at Phyllis’ rental! We brought our 3 dogs with us and they felt right at home during our stay. The suite had everything we needed, was very clean, and pretty soundproof (could barely hear anything within the main house). The surrounding neighborhood was also very pleasant to walk through and felt safe. Phyllis herself was also a delight to speak with and very accommodating. She’s also very quick to respond and so sweet. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more!

Dawn's suite was absolutely delightful—comfortable, cozy, and inviting... great snacks, too! The convenient access to the private area made unloading our belongings from the vehicle effortless. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already planned to return on our way back home from Florida.

Beth was amazing host, one of the best I know. We were super-late and didn't have place to stay and Beth helped us with our circumstances. The place itself was cozy and family-oriented. It had kettle, coffee-maker and plenty of tea.

Heather’s house was a wonderful place to stay. Great location and in close proximity to walkable areas. The kitchenette was well stocked with paper plates and plastic silverware as well as coffee and tea. The house was very clean but there was a slight dog smell that may bother certain people. When we arrived, the window was open and an air purifier was running. Someone must have brought their dog along prior to our stay, which the listing does include a pet policy. The home is not allowing guests to park in the driveway at this time, the available parking is street parking on the next street over (very close to the home, just one house over.) Overall this was a great value, being close to the city but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we come back to Atlanta!

Beautiful old home, with all the fixings, gorgeous old claw bathtub. Home is cozy and wood-clad comfort; Theresa is so welcoming and willing to fix any minor discomfort rapidly. Highly recommend.

This is a guest house adjoining the host’s home. My family of 4 had a wonderful time relaxing in the beautiful surroundings, playing pool, and watching movies. It’s about a 40 min drive from downtown Atlanta. I found out afterward that we could have used the host’s laundry facility - would’ve packed differently for our trip. Otherwise, the home exactly as cozy as listed.

Juanito is the type of host you hope to meet in your travels. At the beginning, middle, or end. If your travel plans change unexpectedly or you’re just going with the flow he’s a wonderful host to encounter. His warm heartedness makes you feel as if you’ve already met him in your life or a perhaps in a past life. Respectful, kind, genuine, & helpful. All great quality in a host I look for. He’s an amazing story teller with his colorful down to earth personality. He recommended his favorite spots around the area but I didn’t leave much from the space during my stay with how nice the place is. The decor is not cheesy or cheap at all but hand selected from tons of different thrift/antique stores over the years giving the space a really unique one of a kind atmosphere. You don’t feel like you’re in a typical ab&b but at a pals place. Peaceful & quiet, in the morning songbirds will sing outside every window practically. Have your morning coffee/tea on the porch to start your day off right!

It was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to our son’s condo and easy to get to.

It had been a while since I had been back to Atlanta. Michael and Matthew's place was the perfect choice. Super clean and peaceful. Prep yourself with meals that do not require a stove or oven, as there is only a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. I was able to walk the beltline with my 4 year old and also found it easy to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. I would, absolutely, stay here again.

Great place I named the massage chair so I do think I’m coming back. This spot was perfect to spend some time away from home with my wife. Thank you Mathew and really can’t wait to come back.

I stayed at this home for a week while I had a training class at Delta. It was only a 9 minute drive to the training center. There is a fully fenced in yard that was great for my two dogs to have. I changed my dates to check out a day earlier after I got my schedule mid week and there were no issues accommodating that or getting a prompt refund. The shower was very nice also!

This was our second time staying at Darci's place. It's always clean and convenient for us as well as having a fully stocked refrigerator with breakfast items a handful of beers and a welcoming property. we would highly recommend this if you're traveling in the Decatur Georgia area.

Great stay! Really cute spot in an absolutely excellent location. Nice that there was a parking spot even though street parking was always ample. Atlanta had an uncharacteristic cold snap for a few days so the space was a bit chilly but using the space heaters helped. Otherwise no complaints, easy to get comfortable there! Really cute neighborhood.

We had such an amazing stay at what turned out to be our engagement weekend! When we first checked in we both said to each other how much we loved how clean everything was! The area we stayed was quiet, but still close enough to get to anything we wanted to do in a timely manner. Thank you so much! We would love to stay again!

Great little apartment within walking distance of Emory University and many shops and restaurants. Super clean, spacious, and well appointed. The hosts were also great (responsive, friendly, easy check-in, etc.). Highly recommended!

Excellent location, close to MARTA which is the Atlanta train and close to markets and the park.

From the moment I walked into Lauren’s place, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and comfort that made it feel like a home away from home. The space was impeccably clean, each corner thoughtfully arranged to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The natural light streamed through the large windows, showcasing the beautiful scenery outside—lush greenery and perhaps a glimpse of the tranquil surroundings. It was the perfect backdrop for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploration. The cozy decor, from the plush cushions to the soft blankets, added an extra layer of comfort that made my stay even more enjoyable. I could easily envision myself curling up with a good book in this serene environment. Every detail in the space spoke to Lauren's attention to hospitality, making it a truly memorable experience. I found myself looking forward to returning, not just for the comfort of the space but also for the warm vibe that Lauren cultivates. I will book again !
