We loved our stay at Pietro & Lodovica’s place in the heart of Brera! Great location yet quiet and peaceful, which was much appreciated after our long travels. Above all, it was spotless! So glad we opted for this instead of a hotel - it made for a much more memorable stay.

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how well the coffee ended and this without capsules. happy to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

Terrace on the lake

We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Martin and Nadja were very welcoming and friendly hosts. The house is immaculate, newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely location by the lake and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ferry. Delicious food at local restaurants and cafes recommended by Martin and Nadja. Thank you for our lovely stay!

Nila Elite Luxury and spectacular Como Lake views

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

Painting on the Lake - Bloom

We had a magical time at the Bloom Apartment! Truly the most thoughtful airBNB booking we have ever had. The attention to detail, stunning views, and charming location made the stay our best yet - it lives up to the hype! We did not regret renting a car; we resisted it until the last moment but got one at the airport, and though we were afraid to drive in Italy we had no issues. We DO recommend getting a small car as ours felt a bit too big to park comfortably in the garage (it was a mini Countryman) but an expert driver would have no problem. The treats left around the house were a delight, the local pizzeria had great views and food, and the medieval village was so fun to explore. We took the ferry from Argegno to bellaggio and varenna, and drove to Menaggio, so it was easy to go to the touristy spots, but nice to be staying in a place that felt more authentic. Mattia and his family were very responsive, and couldn’t be more gracious. We hope to be back!

We had a lovely time at the cottage, enjoying three days of peace and quiet. It‘s amazing to destress and the hosts have been super friendly and lovely ☺️ The apartment has a fully stacked kitchen, which we loved and a big TV perfect for a movie night. We also really loved the games and coloring stuff, such a nice touch!

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

It is a very cozy country house in the middle of the mountains on a small winery. We immediately fell in love with this location. The view of the mountains, Lake Maggiore hidden behind palm trees and pampas grass and the Verzasca dam is sensational. It was clean and everything you could need was there. A bit difficult to find, but thanks to Alberto's accessibility by phone, it went very well. A parking space is also available. You have great hiking opportunities, which Alberto sent us as a recommendation. In nearby Gordola you will also find everything you need. We are very happy to come back. Not knowing Saas-Fee at all, this place exceeded our expectations. The place was very central and close to shops and restaurants. It was also walking distance to the slopes. We rarely took the public transport to get to the slopes. When we did, it was because the kids wanted to ride the red train wagon. The best part about the apartment is the kitchen. It is complete. I felt like I was in my own kitchen and every utensil or equipment I needed was available. We had breakfast at home everyday and made dinner almost every night. The host is very responsive and always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend Sonnenhof Juliet for families with kids.

Had an unforgettable stay. Beautiful, lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Particularly great are the outdoor facilities overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, grill, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the road that passes directly by the house on the other side. It's not very busy, but when it is, the cars come fast. Caution is advised with small children.

Well after the stay at Villa Adelle, I realised why Mr. Carlo has perfect ratings. He his an amazing person who will go over and beyond ( We reached on Monday and Stores were closed in Brunate, so he got us groceries from Como. And when he got to know that we paid heavily for taxi because public bus was not comfortable with the baby stroller, he was kind enough to drop us off to Como Train station in his own car). Although the wheather was not very kind, we loved every minute at the place and definitely wish for another stay there in future. The views, location, villa and the company all are worth it.
