Comfortable Private Room I

ABOUT the ROOM: - Private room, with 1 DOUBLE BED, with BATHROOM INSIDE the ROOM and air conditioning, towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi included in the daily rate. ABOUT OUR RESIDENCE: - The house with a total area of 230m in which it will be made available, the living room, TV room, dining room, pantry and kitchen. We will also eventually have the use of a barbecue area and a clay oven. - Laundry room with washer and dryer and sink with two basins. - The cleaner will clean the room twice a week, at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. LOCATION: Excellent location three kilometers from the central area of the city; close to the main public transport lines, three blocks to Av. Eduardo Elias Zahran, where bus stop, taxi stand, bank agencies, supermarkets, restaurants, barbecues, tea houses, partnerships, bars and snack bars are located. Close to the Campo Grande Shopping Mall and the North South Plaza Shopping Mall, the Indigenous Nations Park, the Indian Museum – Don Bosco Cultures Museum, the Pantanal Foundation, the Federal University of MS, the State Government Administrative Center, Convention Center, as well as museums, theaters and cinemas, Casa do Artesão, Feira livre with typical regional foods. Campo Grande has a number of sightseeing tours, including one of them, with open buses from the Secretary of Tourism for a City-Tur. The airport is about 6 km from the center and 9 km from our residence, being very easy to access. It is located about 280 km from the lush Bonito; 150 km from the beginning of the stunning Pantanal; 400 km from the magnificent heart of the Pantanal, Corumbá and 320 km from Ponta Porã, a tourist city bordering Paraguay. For your convenience, if you prefer, all these locations have the excellent equipment of specialized tourism agencies to carry out the best circuit in the region. ABOUT US: We are a couple of university professors trained in engineering and music. We enjoy traveling, meeting people, exchanging experiences, and we're sure we're very communicative and a good host. Stay in our luxurious duplex located in the heart of Campo Grande, MS. This flat is a property at the Bahamas Hotel, surrounded by the most popular restaurants, grocery stores, bars of this high-end region. This place is cozy and family-oriented. It has large windows spanning the entire width of the property, providing exceptional air-flow quality and an amazing view of the city. Breakfast is optional and charged extra. R$ 35,00. Quiet condominium, 10 min. from the center. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and air-conditioning, another with a single bi-bed and fan, double room with cable TV and a corner to work in. Balcony with hammock, chairs and protective screens. Backyard with a service area (tank and washing machine), and a place to bathe in the sun. Full kitchen: Refrigerator. Stove with oven. Microwave. Blender. Coffee maker. Sandwich maker. All for meals. Bed and bath linens. All to make you feel at home.

We are a home bed and breakfast that caters to groups or single lodging in rooms with an exclusive bathroom per room. Amenities like air conditioning and breakfast not included.
