Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cane River Lake

Absolutely adorable place. The whole place felt extremely homey and the host is absolutely amazing. Super sweet! Recommended some local places and they were absolutely amazing! Would come back if in the area again.

Denise was an AMAZING host. She was so responsive to all of our questions. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this was by far our favorite. She treated us like family right from the beginning (fresh baked cookies upon arrival, thoughtful snacks, games to keep us entertained). The house smelled so good and was decorated with such care. It felt like we were in someone’s home that really cared about us and our experience. It was easy to get to Front Street and Northwestern. The Perrault House is a destination in and of itself in Natchitoches. We enjoyed the wraparound screened in porch, basketball hoop, and the pool. Denise has bird feeders set up and a bird bath to attract all the beautiful feathered friends to watch while you sit with the morning coffee. There was reliable wifi, lovely linens, dishes, and artwork. If we find ourselves back in Natchitoches, we will certainly stay at The Perrault House.

Exceeded my expectations. So comfortable, I just wanted to stay there and not tend to my business. Comfortable beds, has everything you need and more. Easy access, I felt secure and safe. Quite neighborhood, even met a couple neighbors and her dog. I will return. it's one of the places you want to keep a secret for yourself. I highly recommend it. My hard to please grown children really loved it. Said I did good! Great job Heather. I will certainly stay here when in Alex.

This place was just as described. Loved the warm, friendly feel of the home. It had everything we needed. We had plenty of space. Very sweet home and decor. We even loved the Great Pyrenees that was roaming out back! :)

Very spacious. We had 8 -10 people the whole time and no issues with sharing bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of linens. Plenty of room to spread out your things. Having 2 kitchens was awesome. The fire pit was great as it was cool in the evenings. We brought a boat. Parked under covered dock but we used public ramp which was a few miles down the way. It would be fine for a smaller boat. Being on a cove the water level questionable. Bait & tackle/gas/grocery shop about 5 miles away. Plenty of parking. Nice for large family or friends gathering with plenty of space inside or outdoors.
