The apartment is very new. The spaces exceeded the expectations of the photos. All very clean and organized. The outdoor area is a great differential. I recommend the house. It is worth the cost/benefit, at least for large groups (10 people or more). The house is very comfortable, safe, good location, and the host always ready to help with any unforeseen events. Furniture and household utensils are well-maintained and clean. For our group it was worth it.

I spent a great weekend, in comfort and in a beautiful and pleasant place! Lucas always s and showed kindness and made himself available. It is close to Praia Grande which is one of the most I like to enjoy, in addition to the easiness to go in other nearby ones as well. E has markets very close to walking. The house has a tasteful decoration, clean, organized, fragrant and comfortably. The pool is a delight and although it is not large, it is enough to enjoy. Good quality showers with plenty of water and warm up, good quality beds. I just found the garage issue complicated that I think it is best to be clearer in the announcement, as it has very narrow entrance and shared access with other houses. I was in a truck and had to leave it on the street and I took a scratch. And I missed an air-conditioning in the living room, as it only has in the bedrooms.

Better than the listing, great Dolair's house. The area is not the best, but in general every day we visit new beaches, so we were always moving by car. Finally the area was not an issue.

We loved our stay! Maria Célia was super solicit and kind, the apartment like the photos, a delight of environment. All super clean, and renovated!!! The condominium is very well located, clean, with 24-hour porter, super clean pool and nice to play with the children. We didn't lack anything!!! We'll be back more often!

We loved the place, when you enter you realize that it is better than for photos, a clean and super safe place, located in a quiet place, with supermarket and pharmacy nearby. We would definitely return to the same place, happy with everything.

Very quiet stay, easy checkin and all the time made us extremely comfortable. Apt well located, close to the main avenues and with a quiet walk to the beachfront. The condominium is super complete and with a wonderful infra.
