Modern house overlooking the bay

No other word than: fantastic! This place has a great view of the sea, it's so nice to wake up this way! 5-10 min walk to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, ...) and the waterfront. Be careful it climbs! But it's the small price to pay to have such a beautiful view! The apartment is perfectly equipped, perfect for a weekend with friends and family! Thank you to Magda for the welcome, great communication:) I recommend a thousand percent!

Best RBNB we've ever done. The welcome is personalized, charming and attentive, it's really very pleasant. Thanks to Olivier and Monica! We fell in love with this home! The house is perfect: in addition to being really beautiful, it is large, extremely well located, functional, quiet, well decorated. The bedding is quality. And the views are splendid. You feel really good there. It ticks all the boxes.

We had a great time in Avignon . Very nice accommodation, very comfortable beds. Very quiet residence. 2 steps from the beach and all amenities. Great market right across! And the tennis court at the foot of the apartment was a real plus, we enjoyed it every day. Thank you so much!

Beautiful chalet with lots of charm. The living rooms are very nice, the bedrooms very comfortable (very good bedding). The chalet is really well equipped (kitchen , equipment, linen, baby child equipment, etc.) . The ping pong table served us well too! And the garden is really very pretty! (we were in winter, we imagine it was superb in the beautiful season!) We received the instructions for the listing very quickly and in detail. Fabienne and Christophe were really accommodating for check-in and check-out times which allowed us to enjoy our weekend. And following a technical incident, Christophe was very responsive in helping us "by the minute"! Thank you! We recommend!

11 quiet days in the second half of September in the cottage of Corinne - and every day was special - be it city, museum and memorial visits, hikes along the coast and in the inland, a magnificent landscape, picturesque coastal towns, French/Norman gastronomy and again and again the sea, always different... reading and undisturbed night's rest--- this place and the attentive and attentive hostess nearby have been completely comfortable with us. Very nice bright and quiet apartment with a very appreciated design touch. It is a 5-minute walk to the city center (market, shops and restaurants). Elise hosted us very kindly. A bottle of Normandy cider was waiting for us in the fridge. Etretat is 10 minutes by car and the village of Veules-les-Roses (20 minutes by car) is a must-see as it is very charming. In short, it was a very pleasant stay!

We had a great time at Florence's place. The accommodation is clean, functional, many rooms with good bedding. The terrace is beautiful with beautiful view. The house is really cute. You can get everywhere on foot (harbor, beach, funicular, restaurants,...). Florence is very nice, available, ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This is a real good place to remember. We had a great stay with our family. We were there with our three children, aged 8, 6 and almost 2 years. The property offers many opportunities for activities for them, whether indoors or in the garden which is perfectly equipped. The house is full of charm and the views are beautiful. The area is very quiet and yet it is in the immediate vicinity by car to shops. Finally, our welcome was excellent and the house was in pristine condition upon arrival. We highly recommend this rental for anyone who plans to go to the area. It's a haven of peace, very refreshing.

Very nice stay in a lovely spacious and comfortable house close to the city center. We were 7 adults and the layout of the rooms allows privacy and calm. And the games room in the basement billiards table football and darts brings a friendly side. Not to mention Mr. Pierre's warm welcome and availability.
